Best location with stunning views of the harbour
Great to have a full apartment to ourselves
Bedroom upstairs and bathroom downstairs
4.1
Ideal location in Portree, and easily walkable to the towns restaurants and bars.
Stunning views, and all the facilities you could want.
You can sometimes hear the restaurant downstairs, but they close fairly early so not really an issue.
4.1
The view was great. Easy to get into and thankful for the directions given by the owner.
parking...This location didn't include breakfast. Missed soap products for the shower/bath. I probably miss understand but thought there were 3 beds but was a double with a twin in another room.

The location was great! Also, the host provided detailed instructions including pictures prior to arrival to make sure we were able to access the property.
The unit did not seem clean. The floors did not appear to have been vacuumed prior to our arrival. The only bathroom smelled like pee and there appeared to be dried pee on the side of the bathtub (perhaps from a pet?). The thermostat and radiator had warnings not to touch them, but they were switched off while it was in the 50s degrees Fahrenheit so we were freezing the whole time. The only bathroom was on the first level while all bedrooms were on the second level, which was manageable but not ideal. The bedroom has an east-facing window, and the window shade was very thin and red. I woke up at 4:30am to a room blazing with red light (sun rises VERY early in late June) and found it hard to sleep. The internet worked well for our first day, but did not work the second day.

Location is superb, literally one of the picturesque colourful houses at the harbour. Very comfy, clean, through the windows you can enjoy the beautiful view of boats and the ocean. Very nice and helpful host.

Wonderful location with wide range of restaurants suiting all budgets on doorstep. Wonderful views and good ree parking available. Accommodation was very comfortable for maximum of 3 people.would definitely recommend.
There are steps leading to duplex apartment and internal steps up to single and double bedroom . No problem for us but I would imagine difficult for people with mobility problems.

The location was perfect, and it was a good value for the money.
The property was very dated and the bathroom could have used a deep cleaning.
4.1
Superb location at water level with great overview of harbour. Fully fitted kitchen & facilities. Lovely sitting room.
Bathroom on separate level from bedrooms
4.1
Great apartment with great views of Portree bay.
Parking was a bit of challenge but you just have to know you'll likely need to be on lookout for parking spaces.
Because you're in downtown area - be aware you might hear people outside in the night.
4.1
Separate and comfortable lounge. Harbour view. clean and spacious. central location.
the noise from the restaurant underneath! bathroom downstairs well away from bedrooms upstairs. no oven as stated, just a cooking- all -in -one appliance with no instructions. Hard double bed.

The property is tired and furniture very old , very cold when we got in and took a day to warm up as night time storage heaters , the lounge did not warm up at all , sink you have to be very short to use ,
Great Location is the only good thing to say, it is clean but not worth the money

The owner provided excellent information prior to arrival. Also responded very quickly to replace a broken item during our stay.
The house is located on harbour, very close to all amenities in Portree. It is spacious and clean. The bedrooms and bathroom are well appointed. We were lucky and managed to park on the street two out of our three night stay, but the walk to the Community Centre where parking is available is not a chore as long as you are not carrying lots of luggage. The view from the house is still good, just marred by the placement of a large marquee which serves as an earring shelter for next door chippy.
This was the 8th property we stayed at on our Scottish tour. Most of the others were just over half the cost of this one and we had been provided with milk, bread, fruit, fresh flowers, lovely toiletries, chocolates, even Prosecco! Maybe a matter of personal taste, but the lounge is very old fashioned and mismatched and the kitchen would benefit from an update. For those reasons, I do not feel this is a £200 per night property.

Great location, comfy beds. It felt homely.
Its a shame about the view rather spoilt by the gazebo for the restaurant below but I guess in these difficult times is ok.
We couldn't get the WiFi to work .
Using a microwave oven proved challenging we were a little surprised thst there wasn't a gas or electric oven.

A good location with lovely views the flat was clean and comfortable with all essential ameneties.
The night storage heaters made the bedroom uncomfortably hot during the night even when set at no output (this was during daily hot weather though). The temporary (due to covid) covered restaurant seating and boat trip booking kiosk right outside of the flat spoilt the otherwise beautiful view.
4.1
Excellent communication from the host about parking and the lockbox.
Beautiful location.
Little noise from outside.
Comfortable stay.
Property a little cold.

View over the harbour and in centre of Portree
Not sure how this flat has 9.3 on booking.com. it is very basic, has uncomfortable beds and sofa. Very dated kitchen. Says it has a tumble dryer but we couldn't find it unless the washing machine is a washer / dryer but we could not get it to dry and there were no instructions. Bathroom basic too with poor electric shower. Broken floorboards in main bedroom and lounge.

Absolutely amazing location. Place was significantly bigger than expected
Bit old fashioned inside but very good otherwise. Significantly bigger than expected
4.1
It was bright and spacious and was reasonably well equipped.
Good location with restricted harbour views.
We knew up front that parking was a challenge which wasn’t too good!
Being above a chippy we were worried that the aroma of fish & chips would be evident but it wasn’t!
It was a little noisy as the queue for the chippy is directly below the livingroom window and last for many hours.
4.1
A great location, right on the harbour front
Good communications from the owner, with very clear instructions, even including photo's to assist
There is very limited (no parking) but there is a free long stay car park about 5 to 10 mins walk away
There is plenty of room in the duplex appartment, but could benefit from a little modernisation
the bed and duvet where not the best
