Amazing value, spacious, welcoming and great location for stay on Skye

-spacious -good communication -comfortable, warm, and welcoming -driveway -good location, central for exploring the sights and close to groceries/food/gas (check out Just Hooked down the street) -great kitchen equipment and cookware -good value

Great local house for your stay

This is the house suitable for family or larger group. Convenient location to access by car or even to go to the city centre by foot in 10-15 min. We loved staying in this place. It's not a new one, but clean and fully equipped. Kitchen and living room is spacious and has all the needed amenities to use. Comfortable beds in sleeping room. Key-locker available at arrival anytime. Very beneficial for the longer stay.

We had a great stay and would stay here again.

Great location. Close to town and the grocery store. Ample size for our family of 5.

Kitchen was too cramped. The dining table should be moved down. Not right in the kitchen where people can’t get around. Wish there was access to the dryer from inside the house.

handy for Portree and nicely laid out

it had a nice kitchen with a good amount of utensils and a large fridge. The lounge was a good size. There was private parking just outside the property. it was close to portree.

The light over the hob did not work and the tumble dryer did not dry the clothes.The outside space was good but a little overlooked.

Great accomodation and location for adult family of four.

Well equipped and comfortable location for 4 adults in a good location for walking into Portree and exploring the rest of Skye by car.

Good location for a stay in Skye.

Location good. House spacious. Well equipped. House comfortable. Nice thought to leave bottle of wine.

A few items need attention. The front door requires adjustment, was very hard to open. Drain/grill missing from wash hand basin sink in main bathroom. Ensuite door frame needed cleaned. Batteries in TV remote not working. Items detailed wouldn't put us off returning but we think just a little attention to detail would make a massive difference to a nice house.

10******* loved everything about this place.

Location was perfect, we cooked our own breakfast, the facilities were excellent.

Such a lovely house, so clean, the house was so warm and cosy all the time, very welcome after a photography day out. all equipment provide to make breakfast and dinner. would highly recommend staying here. Excellent accommodation.

Enjoyable stay close to town centre and grocery store.

Recycle bin in yard was overflow and garbage was blowing around the yard which we picked up.

Very good

Lovely furnished and equipped house. Not too far to walk to central Portree. Parking for two cars. Would recommend and would stay again. Pictures accurate for the property.

great location, plenty of room, well supplied

We couldn't get the front door to lock, the dryer would not dry our clothes. We would have loved to have a Keurig or coffee maker in the unit.

Good size accommodation close to town.

The property was a good size and a short walk from town. It was clean and kitchen was well equipped. It had two bathrooms and a down stairs toilet.

No toiletries apart from hand soap and hand cream. Too hot down stairs as couldn't turn off radiators

Really enjoyed our stay and would certainly look at booking again.

Great location with good car parking. Good instructions and information before departure to destination. Lovely to have salt/pepper and kitchen cleaning materials. Made our arrival even better with a nice bottle of wine. Great touch!

The wifi code given was wrong but we managed to sort it by checking box. You may need to update your information. Perhaps a security light at front door as we arrived in the dark and was difficult to see box to enter key code.

Blissful and Relaxing

The place was very clean and well maintained. Ben was extremely understanding and let us stay for longer when we had issues with our car. He was very thoughtful of our needs as all the additional facilities were very useful including welcome drinks. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting Isle of Skye as I would definitely stay here again!

Mattress on bed. It dipped and I found it awkward to lie on my side. Double room at top of stairs on left.

In all, really recommend this property for families and friends!

The facilities in the apartment were just like the pictures, everything was neat and clean. And there were salt, vinegar and olive oil in the fully-kitted kitchen, which were of great help in a place where there're not many restaurants around the corners. The beds were super comfy.

The only thing that might needs further improvement was probably the insect issues. I encountered several flies, one huge mosquito and 2 spiders in the main room -- which was actually acceptable and understandable for me, but some ppl might find them intimidating.

The house was perfect - plenty of space, very clean and had everything we needed. Check in was super easy and all info provided was helpful. Short walk into the town centre and to the Coop nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good

Key code was sent to me in good time before we got there, also the house was ready early so that was great. It was a comfortable family home, ideal for staying with family.

There is a little TLC needed in terms of maintenance, e.g. the cistern in the ensuite needed fixing (it was running all the time), a couple of kitchen units had bits coming off them, but generally in very good repair. The garden in particular was a great place to sit.

Great place to stay with friends

The property was clean and spacious which we really liked. Everything was provided by the host. All we needed to do was to shop for food. There’s a co-op few minutes drive from the property.

No shower gel was provided in one of the en-suits so four of us had to share one bathroom. Also the toilet flush was broken, it constantly leaked water into the bowl.
