Location was good the kitchenette was very small

Location is good, cleanness is not so much bathroom need more upgrade and smelly

I didn't like the kitchenette, the reason we get this hotel for the kitchenette it was extremely small and had so many rules for cooking that if smoke comes from burning food than fire department come and pricy and the burner was very hard to work they need to upgrade to modern one that don't burn the food.

Varada en Frankfurt

Nada, estuve solo unas horas aunque mi reserva era por tres noches.

La poca empatía del personal y de sus superiores. Se puede hacer cambios en la política de cancelación si uno tiene buena voluntad y empatía.

Good

The location was good. Both the tram line and the metro station were quite close. We wanted to do an early check-in. The staff was helpful about that. We payed extra 20 euros and checked in at 10 am.

The room was stuffy and airless. It had a funny smell that didn't leave even with the windows opened. The kitchenette was too small and there were very few equipments.

Great for a couple of nights

The staff were absolutely outstanding and were able to fulfil every request we had. Huge thank you to them.

It was almost as if our room hadn’t been serviced? We booked for three and arrived to only 1 towel, no soap and no dishwashing liquid for the kitchenette. We were also missing the fan for our room. Very bizarre so wonder what else we were missing.

Great hotel in a quiet district of Frankfurt. It's easy to get to the city center. There are some good and cheap places to eat.

The nearest shop which works until late is 10 minutes by foot.

Price recently increased alot especially no attractions places around no iron inside the room. Only availble at laundry room which is difficult sometimes

amazing stay at the plaza hotel, the property is very clean , the wifi is good and all the staff are amazing and very supportive people. I would like to say thanks to all and a very special Thanks for Latifa , she’s very professional and supportive person. she helped me with locations to go and attractions around the city with excellent explanations. I also used their bike service to go around and the bikes are in good condition. Thanks Latifa 🌺 and hope to see you soon.

Horrible

An old structure with risks of fire. In fact we should evacuate due to electric problem… firemen came and that’s not an idea of relax. I changed hotel!

Don’t bother. Not just with this hotel but the City in general.

Economical with truth re location. Yes, it’s by the main station but they don’t tell you it’s the Ost (East) version a two u bahn or €15/20 cab ride away. Had to ask for my room to be made up which still didn’t happen and as was leaving early had to use wet towels.

everything except it’s location. the property had a queen bed which was basically made up of 2 twin bed and joined by 2 mattresses which was very uncomfortable. Moreover the mattress was very old and we couldn’t sleep at all. The property smelled like weed all the time. it says no smoking but the crowd that come to stay do that in their bathrooms.

Booking.com stated Spa, a Spa would envisage pools, sauna’s, steam rooms and treatments, what was actually delivered was a one person sauna that you had to book. Booking.com, please better categories Spa facilities, like ‘spa’ to mean all above, or ‘sauna’ if it is only a sauna with no pools or steam rooms, thanks
