Beautifull place to stay right next to the Zingaro national park

Breakfast was the best, the pool was still cold so did not test it, the view was marvellous

Magnifique petit hotel de village avec piscine et jardin

Très belle découverte surtout grâce à la chambre qui nous a été donnée (dans petit bâtiment à part). L'accueil est extra. Le jardin avec la piscine fabuleux ainsi que la vue sur la mer. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et copieux.

Il est possible qu'en pleine saison l'hôtel soit bruyant car il est situé en plein centre du village et entouré d'autres immeubles, pour touristes également.

Amazing!

We had a room with a balcony that almost look at the sea and it was lovely. We had a bottle of water that we could consume for free. We checked in two hours before, without any problem, and the day we had to leave the room, the receptionist told us that if we wanted we could have stay the all day as well using the swimming pool. There are so many nice things I can say in a such a short trip we had. Friendly staff everywhere, delicious breakfast, superb dinner, swimming pool and bar with a breathtaking view!

The toilet flush didn't work very well.

Stay in Scopello paradise

Location, scenery, staff, food, universal power adapter accepting plugs from multiple countries and with 4 USBs. We also liked the additional two USB’s in each bedside.

Frigobar was keeping hot due to it being housed in an enclosed wooden cabinet with no ventilation.

If you’re visiting Scopello, stay here.

The hotel is lovely, has a fantastic pool and garden and a beautiful view. We highly recommend it. Scopello is small, but perfectly formed.

This is a very friendly and well run hotel. Lovely view of the coast from the front bedrooms. Buffet breakfast had masses of choice and delicious and freshly prepared. Super pool and garden and exceptional staff.

Dreamy views and incredible food!

This property is dreamy! the outdoors and views are drop dead gorgeous. Indoors in modern and clean, the food both dinner at the restaurant and the free breakfast were outstanding! I highly recommend the pistachio encrusted tuna! this place is a true gem.

parking was easy! but be careful not to enter the ZTL zone if you are driving as google maps sent us right through it, which would have been a problem if it was the weekend.

Very good

I love the location and the staff were very helpful. The setup of the room was nice, too.

I did not like that there was a smell of smoke in my room. Even with the windows open it's still stunk. I am allergic to cigarette smoke as well as cats, which is another story. While they are cute and nice to see running around, they are annoying when they come to the dining room or on the furniture, indoor or out. I am allergic to them.

Friendly staff, amazing views and a great place to relax.

We stayed at Hotel La Tavernetta on our honeymoon, and had a great experience. The views by the pool were beautiful , and we enjoyed relaxing in our private jacuzzi at the end of the day. The staff went above and beyond to help us, and the restaurant staff were fantastic too. It's also a great location for exploring nearby beaches which were all stunning.

Not recommended to global travellers especially single ladies travelling solo below a certain age.

The view. The cleaness. The cozy style. The quality of the meals.

There is not enough space to describe in details the awful treatment and absurd treatment I received during the few days of vacation I spent here. I choose this facility for the high score and the quality of the service because I am living abroad and I was looking for a place with a high level service and relaxing location to enjoy few days of holidays during a visit to my family. Afterward I did some further research amd it took me short to few but very similar reviews in Google. Means they are well experienced to carefully choose with what kind of customer they can dare to reserve such a shameful and unprofessional treatment. Definetly this is not a facility recommend for global tourist – they mostly deal with long term customers and families or couples – especially single ladies below 60 years. Indeed beside the basic services that were not working in the room I had assigned to (AC, TV, Telephone), one of the waiters of the restaurant felt the freedom to ask – on the night of my arrival – if I was interested to spend the night together in my room with a fine bottle on wine. When I politely complained to the direction – that happens to be the owner too – they started to treat me as I was the problem in no time. Indeed beside the slow actions taken to fix the technical failures inside the room they push me to check out in 30 minutes and 2 days in advance because I dared to formally submit a complain to Booking. I felt unwelcomed, quite unsafe and definetly everything but relaxed. I will certainly never come back here and neither recommend this place to any friend or colleagues.

A relaxing hotel with a calm vibe and excellent service

La Tavernetta is tucked away beside the main square in Scopello. It is a tranquil haven away from the hustle & bustle. The staff are welcoming and can't do enough for you. The breakfast is amazing and the views from the restaurant are superb. The grounds are beautifully kept and the pool is tucked away behind trees so quite peaceful at the end of a busy day.

Definitely a great place to stay for 4-5 nights, great views, romantic destination.

Good location in the heart of Scopello - right by the square. Our room (122) was superb for a family of 5. The hotel, amenities and staff were all great. Daily cleaning. Modern TV in room with wifi. Good shower. Fabulous views at breakfast. Pool was also very good and relaxing. The restaurant is high end however not many kid friendly options on the menu. There is also a local doctor in the village itself. The supermarket is a good 15 minute walk away along the roadside.

Breakfast was a wasp fest. Literally plagued by them that you couldn't eat your breakfast in peace. We had to provide a plate of food for the wasps so we had at least half a chance of eating. The hotel has done nothing to put up any traps/distractions for the insects and the number of them was considerable. I also didn't like the 1.50e fee for taking the towels to the beach. Our room was above a coffee shop and I don't know exactly what it was but there was a permanent knocking noise all night long - maybe from the bakery or ceramic shop. We stayed here without a car. Its doable but limiting. The walk down to the beach is ok if you're Bear Grylls - its very steep and a significant uphill climb. Helps burn off the pasta, pizza and gelato :-)

A magical hotel

The hotel was such a wonderful surprise, located in the heart of Scopello with the most incredible views of the ocean, with a beautiful swimming pool. There was also a bar area with a beautiful sea view. The hotel is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly.
