Ottimo soggiorno ma da perfezionare

Piscina, posizione, colazione parcheggio comodo e immediata assistenza dei dipendenti

Rivedere la consegna delle stanze siccome al check in abbiamo trovato cassaforte rotta e porta da registrare che non si chiudeva. Aggiungo da perfezionare aria condizionata

Ein sehr schönes Hotel

Die Lage des Hotels ist einzigartig. Von hier kann man schöne Ausflüge starten. Ein Auto wäre von Vorteil um flexibel zu sein. Zu Fuß ( 5 min) erreichst du zum Abend die kleine Stadt, wo man viele Restaurants zur Auswahl hat. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Es gab täglich frisches Obst und selbstgebackene Kuchen. Für uns war alles perfekt !!! Wir können es zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Super schöne Aussicht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön nahe dem Naturpark lo Zingaro und oberhalb des Weilers Scopello. Das Hotel, der Pool und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Die Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich. Feines Frühstück, aufmerksames Personal.

The location and the breakfast

The room for 300 euros per night was unacceptable, it was as if we were on a camping - 5 people all in one small room which was not clear from the photos on booking.com. The bathroom had an awful smell, like a gutter or something which was disgusting. The skimmer in the pool was not working and so it was dirty. At the check in they asked for our IDs and they wanted to keep them for one hour until the room was ready instead of registering us in 5 mins and give them back to us. They wanted us to leave the key at the reception every time we left the building, even to go to the parking to take our luggage or at the pool which is totally nonsense. Generally except from the location there is nothing good to comment.

Beautiful hill top hotel.

Beautiful views from they hotel, with friendly staff, good breakfast and a short walk to the to the town. Definitely helpful that they have a car park.

Wifi could be a little weak by the pool.

Superb

The staff was very responsive and helpful in any situation. The room was big enough. Breakfast was very rich with a variety of dishes. Loungers were available by the pool.

Central location near the reserves and beaches. Pool is very well mantained and clean. Breakfast was lovely (sweet and salty as you wish).

Rooms are not very well sonored and you hear everything from the corridor and other rooms (after a wine - you do not mind to much).

DONT STAY HERE !

the day we left !

1/ paid for pool view and got a bad garden view with no apologies, offer to move or discount! 2/ Impossible to sleep with next doors Dogs barking from 10pm till 3am every night. Even my 3 year old woke up crying every hour. No apology or action taken by the owner ! 3/ Had to vacate the pool area due to the bad smell of burning of plastics which is highly carcinogenic, no apology or action taken by owner! 4/ The owners bad attitude to my wife and I was totally unjustified and charged us for the use of a single room after check out even when they had robbed us from the start. 5/ The 6ft male receptionist stood and watched my wife try and move our luggage down the stairs.

The property has a nice breakfast and view.

There are lots of mosquitoes in the room. And it says 550 meters to Tonnara but did not mention the hike road. The worst part is the bed!!!! It was sooo uncomfortable! it makes sound even a slight move!

The staff were super helpfull at every turn Location was great right next to Scopello Great coffee option in the morning and during the day

Wish I could invite my friends to the common pool even if it was for a fee.
