A limpeza e decoração são os pontos altos! superou por estar no centro de Barcelona e ter fácil acesso a lojas, restaurantes e pontos turísticos.

Perfect ligging, vriendelijke ontvangst.

Goede ligging midden in oude stad en omringd door gezellige straatjes, winkels en restaurants. Ramblas vlakbij en bovendien op wandelafstand van de kust. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Binnentuin/terras is een plus. Ontbijt was prijs-kwaliteit in orde.

Kamer is zeer klein en was verouderd. Dringend aan opfrissing toe. Hadden dit in tussendoor-survey van het hotel ook gemeld waarna we onmiddellijk een verontschuldiging kregen en een fles cava op de kamer. Allicht konden we opteren om naar een andere kamer te verhuizen maar uiteindelijk hebben we dit niet gedaan gezien ons korte verblijf. Personeel wel duidelijk begaan met de klant, maar eigenaar zou dus eens moeten investeren in een upgrade van de kamer(s).

There is no sound blocking making it impossible to sleep. You can hear full conversations and yelling outside your door

Property was centrally located. Front staff were helpful. Breakfast was decent.

LOUD! There is no filtration of sound, so you can hear people right outside your door/balcony until 4am making it very hard to sleep. This alone is why I would never book here again. Front staff did not speak English very well and were only somewhat helpful. Shower was half broken. Breakfast overpriced.

L’amabilité du personnel. Nous n’avons jamais été aussi bien accueilli et par TOUT le personnel. Ensuite l’emplacement de l’hôtel qui est top pour visiter Barcelone. Quartier super mignon et typique.

Walkable distance to several restaurants and barcelona attractions at a reasonable price

Great location at a reasonable price, taxis are readily available from right outside the hotel on La Rambla. The inside of the hotel is very peaceful with trees and a relaxing garden area which provides a stark and much needed contrast to the beautiful chaos on the streets outside.

The wifi was on and off, would be nicer to have a slightly better wifi connection

Great location. Excellent way to start a day!

This is my second visit to Boquería Garden. The staff was much friendlier and available this year than a year ago. I'm not sure if that was post-COVID hiring or what. The breakfast is always good at a Petit Palace and this one seems to be a little better than others.

Location is in the heart of the city and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. However, for me,the area was too crowded. Overall , it was good for short stay.

Great location and very clean

Very friendly and exceptionally helpful ,even looked after our cases for the whole day before we got our flight, restaurant meals where fantastic, we will defiantly stay again

Location, friendly and accommodating staff

Air conditioning was not working properly and the shower drain was clogged. Portable fans were provided, but we requested another room with working air conditioning. We were moved to another room as soon as one was available.

Would Love to Stay Again!

Phenomenal hotel! It has the sweet courtyard, a beautiful small parc area, and the room was excellent! We had ample space for our things, a small full kitchen, two bathrooms! Two balcony window areas to enjoy the view and sites. We felt safe. GREAT location all the great Barcelona things to do. Quick metro access, easy cabs, walk to the beach. The breakfast is 14euro for a divine buffet of all the tasty things. LOVED EVERYTHING!!

Great Location, amazing staff

Staff were amazing and very helpful and responsive, especially Pablo at the front desk. The property location is the best part, very close to the Gothic Quarters, El Born. The property itself is very pretty, but rooms could have been better. Our AC was not working, but they did offer another room and or free breakfast.
