Really loved the warm welcome, location and amenities. Great value for money.

The location was excellent; walking distance to everything and across the road from a clean beach and 11 am checkout. Facilities included in and outside pool, game room and bikes and scooters free to use. The room was well located opposite the pool, clean and included basement parking.

The fly screen door was hard to use.

We had ants crawling on the wall and some in the bed of the main bedroom other than that everything was great!

Was a great stay- but as mentioned when your in your room you would like to be able to watch something decent on T.V but

Not what I would expect in a resort stay.

The heated pool, spa, gardens and games room was beautiful. We are traveling around Victoria. Had stayed in approx 10 hotels previous to this one. Was the most expensive and the most disappointing.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. There was no room service. We had to walk down and pick up dinner which you could only choose pre made pizzas or pre made toasties.

Looks like a great place to stay but beds needs to be managed/ repaired maintained or replaced.

Didn’t had food.

Kitchen utensils, cups had stains from previous guest use. Not cleaned. Biggest turn off were beds and pillows. All of us woke up with sore neck and stiff backs. TVs remote didn’t work.

We would stay again.

Wyndham Resort making a room available, explaining room situation (as we were placed into an accessible room. The room size was great.

The under resort car parking was tight. We have a 6m ute, which made it difficult.

The spa and pool facilities. The included breakfast was great. Staff super friendly and helpful

Loved the place. Lovely and peaceful place to refresh for a few days.

Location, atmosphere and really nice staff, even the cleaners were lovely and helpful.

Not being able to lock bathroom. No breakfast available.

The layout, the keycards, friendly staff, view from room, size of room, kitchen... Have to play 'find the microwave'... It's IN the oven 🤣 nice walk to the town, great location for watching all the active people going by!

The cafe wasn't open! (Being renovated) Shower wasn't very powerful, a little grubby in places like the room hadn't been used in a while.

If you want bang for buck don’t look anywhere else

Fantastic location. Value for money & with excellent amenities

Bar & restaurant were closed because it was winter but this is understandable due to not many consumers staying at the time

the room was spacious and had a really comfy bed!

Our bathroom had an ant problem and they were everywhere! We had to take the towels out otherwise there would be ants all over them

Wyndham Resort 3 nights.

Enjoyed the ocean view from our Ocean View King room. Generous sized balcony to sit outside and watch the world go by.

Winkipop bar restaurant closed for winter. No breakfast available other than toasted sandwiches. No bowls, plates or cutlery provided in Ocean View King room, so BYO everything for breakfast.

Really enjoyed staying here and would stay again.

Our room was in a perfect location and was extremely well set up to cater for our needs. We really liked the maps provided to us and the information about car parking and accessing our room. This made it very easy to access. As we attended in winter we did not use the pool area however, it looked clean and was a beautiful outlook from our room balcony.

We did not realise the cafe was not open during the winter months. We were told we could order using the app however, the app did not work for us. We were surprised to have a conversation regarding joining an information session. This was not something we were expecting upon our arrival. We had sent an email to the resort prior to our booking and this was not answered - maybe it was not received?

Lovely apartment in perfect location, property provided excellent sporting activities for children

Great location and excellent facilities for children/family

Unfortunately the cafe and restaurant was not operating. The staff service was mixed .. helpful on arrival however we had a couple of issues which could have been handled in a more efficient manner .. overall quite good!

The staff were very friendly.

The room was very small and poky. The "included" breakfast was quite poor; only a very small cafe so would not call it a restaurant and had to actually pay for coffee!!

Superb

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Close to the main shopping area and the view was fantastic. The pool was clean and the outside was spotless. Everything was in walking distance. It was very peaceful and relaxing.

Quiet, comfortable but needs some maintenance.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, close to surf beach for swim - across the road. I liked the lamps with cord access to charge phone, both were working. Very nice liquid soap, body wash, moisturiser - lovely fragrance.

There was only 4 tissues in the tissue box. There was not enough moisturiser for one person, this room was for two people. Screen door was unable to slide, had to be lifted to move. Some ants in the bathroom. Remote for tv back was constantly falling off.

Awesome!!

Everything was wonderful as always. The room was clean & had everything we could possibly need, the staff were reasonably friendly & accommodating.

Upon booking it stated that the payment would be deducted a few days before our arrival but it wasn't & we ended up having to pay at the resort but my card wasn't accepted so I had to go to an atm. It wasn't far though & got sorted fairly quickly.

Obliging staff set up sofa bed on request. Accommodated a very late arrival due to a flight cancellation.
