Perfect for a night stay in Olbia!

Easy walk to downtown and transportation. Our host was very helpful in directing us how to get to the beach.

No toiletries at all - soap and small shampoo & conditioner would be great

we were nicely greeted by the host and checked in quickly. in advance the host contacted me. The room was clean and comfortable. Really liked the balcony in the room and the nice patio outside.

It could have been more available with toilet paper and more cutlery in the shared kitchen.

Very good

Edoardo, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. We stayed only for the night as we flew out the next morning. It is a good location, with supermarkets and restaurants very close by. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a good-sized bathroom. The street was a little noisy, but it's not bad at all.

Great little gem!

Edoardo was friendly and very friendly. He answered all my questions and provided instructions on where to get transport. My room was a decent size and very clean!

No kettle in the room but this was eventually resolved. A little bit of noise from other guests but only for short periods.

Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and spacious. Owner very helpful

Location is not ideal if you don't rent a car, plus no facilities to make breakfast while there. Off season time is a bit hard to find eating places especially in the morning

The bed was comfortable. The room and the bathroom were clean. Very close to the apartment there was a big store MD. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was not provided. No dining area available.

Great location and host - Made our stay really easy!

We had a great time in Olbia. Edoardo was a great host and helped us whenever we needed it. Check in and check out were easy and the room and bathroom were great. Really reasonably priced and great location for walking into town. Will definitely stay here again if we head back to Olbia.

The room was very clean and cozy and Edoardo is an exceptional host. I felt at home and enjoyed my stay in Olbia. Would recommend!

I wish the room was a bit closer to the town centre (20’ on foot). Other than that it was great!

Poor

Did not get the booked room, but one with less space (ca. 10qm instead of 20qm) less Equipment (no desk) and more noise (Street side instead of garden side) Despite dscription on bookong.com I was forced to pay in cash though I wanted to pay with Credit card. Also did not get a receipt. One could think of the reasons why the host does that....

Not comfortable

Owner behavior was terrible. He make pictures of our ID without permition and any explanations- this is not legal!!! Breakfast are not avaliable but it wasn,t a problem. It wasn,t any trush bin inside the room, and owner told that you must go outside to segregate the garbage. Owner wrote instruction on the door including time schedule about water using.... it,s not normal!!! I wish everyone to find more friendly place than this.

Nice clean room

Very clean room close to Olbia. Nice large bathroom and beautiful balcony. Room for 4 people! Extremely nice and helpful host. Free coffee in the hallway. Bed was comfortable and heater worked very well. Easy to find, nice big space to park motorcycle. But gate only closed, not locked, if that is important for you. However host lives ground floor, so it felt safe parking the motorcycle there. Good value for money in Olbia.

Superb

I had only a one night stay at Edoardo's hostel. But I got a very warm welcome and felt homely and comfortable right away. The hostel and room was nice, clean and a good place to stay. It's not far to walk into the city and see all the nice places in and around Olbia. Eduardo is a great host, friendly and open to help and support. I have to say I am personally very thankfull as I forgot my beloved cuddly elephant (33 years old and always travelling with me ever since) in the hostel room.... And Edoardo took very good care of him, offered him a few more vacation days at his place and sent him home to me safely afterwards! :-* So grateful for this!!!
