Нормальная гостинница, чистый номер, санузел, все удобно. Кондиционер, все сантехоборудование работает. Матрацы удобные. Завтрак входит в стоимость, вполне хороший. Кроме обычных круасанов с кофе и хлопьев - колбаса, сыр, иогурт. Персонал приветливый, регистрация приезда-отъезда быстрая.

Нет возможности сделать чай-кофе в иное время кроме завтрака. На завтрак чай или кофе приносят из отдельного помещения. Местоположение - на окраине городка, немного сложно найти, но это несущественно.

The breakfast we had was croissants and pastries..they were really good. Our room was very clean. The bathroom was renovated and very nice. We stayed here before getting on our cruise ship. Perfect location.

We had a very comfortable stay, the room was clean, the staff (Irina & Maria) were very helpful, the bed was very comfortable and breakfast included! Also within walking distance of both the train station and cruise port! We will definitely stay there again in the future!

Our hostess was pleasant and helpful. She answered all our questions as best she could and very pleasant. We were there for 1 day and needed a place to stay near the port for our cruise, so it served it’s purpose.

Nothing to dislike. It’s a quaint b&b and inexpensive. We did have issues trying to get inside the b&b as the door was locked and we weren’t provided any instructions on how to get in. A taxi driver was able to contact someone and the hostess opened the door. A suggestion would be to provide instructions on how to get into the b&b for foreigners.

This B&B was a good choice for an overnight stay prior to a cruise.

Room was very clean, friendly staff, nice continental breakfast selection, good value

sheets were a little scratchy, could be softer. Few places to eat in close proximity. It would be helpful for staff to know better English.

Great value for money

Location is a bit far from the port but we weren't going to walk there anyway and I don't suggest walking because it can be confusing if you don't know the waym Breakfast was decent and fairly simple. The staff was nice and the place was clean. We spent the night and weren't expecting much and that made us surprised for the good!

Convenient for Cruise Terminal, €10 in a taxi. Clean room with nice bathroom. Accommodated our late arrival with no extra charge.

We had to take a taxi from the nearest station to get to our accommodation. The rooms are clean, staff are very friendly and accommodating. The air-conditioning in the room is on Auto/ so you can't really adjust the temperature...it was abit annoying during the night when it goes on & off (Auto).

Friendly staff, comfort and cleanliness.

Our ferry changed the departure time last minute and we had to book a night in Civitavecchia. We chose Bel Sole again: - The staff is super friendly and does everything to make you feel welcome and comfortable (Thank you so much for all your help!) - Bedrooms are spacious and super clean - Beds are really comfortable. - A delicious breakfast is included. - The distribution of the rooms around the patio and veranda gives a nice open-air feeling, especially welcome in times of coronavirus.

Pleasant

Staff was helpful and friendly.

Facility was in ok shape. 115 volt electrical service is in bathroom only through a hair dryer. The electrical was not capable of running my CPAP Machine. Owner was called and offered a converter that worked however if I hadn’t brought an electrical cord extension I would not have reached the outlet.
