We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment cosy but roomy enough. Loved the welcome amenities that Clemente provided which is a nice touch. Clemente was very proactive from the beginning to the end and the detailed instructions were very helpful. The apartment is well equipped and it’s a peaceful haven in the neighborhood of Portovenere called Fezzano which is conveniently located next to the bus line. Overall I would recommend for smaller families or couple and even with young children. Grazie Mille for your hospitality!

The apartment had everything you needed and was warm during a bit of a cold snap. The parking pass was a bonus and one day when we were just going into La Spezia, we left the car and hopped on a bus. After a 3 night hotel break in Verona doing a lot of sightseeing, it was nice to have space in the apartment, take our time and sort of 'live like locals'! Clemente gave us lots of info to help us find it and was generous with a 'welcome pack'; also very accommodating when it was possible for us to check-in early or check out later. Thanks again - we may be back again!

This place is really great! Clemente is so helpful. didn't use the kitchen at all but seemed well stocked if you need to use it. The view is amazing and with the parking pass, you don't have to worry about parking cause it's tough!

My son and I had a great weekend in Fezzano. The apartment overlooks the marina and is perfectly situated between La Spezia and Porto Venere. Both are in easy reach by bus, but no so close that you are fighting through crowds to get there. We will be back.

This apartment was a beautiful quiet spot in a small fishing village. Our host, Clemente, was fantastic! He was responsive to every single question I had (there were a few!!!) and was kind and helpful! He even had the makings for
Our own pasta dinner with lovely Prosecco! Such nice touches. I would absolutely recommend staying in Clemente’s oasis by the water. It was a really lovely break from the rush of the cities and crowds!

Schönes, zentrales, dennoch recht ruhiges Appartment in Fezzano
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne, entspannte Woche in Fezzano. Im Appartement war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Sogar für ein erstes Frühstück war gesorgt. :) In der Umgebung sind mehrere schöne Lokale direkt am Hafen und die Bushaltestelle ist auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Fahrt mit dem eigenen Auto zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten ist nicht zu empfehlen. Es ist sicher im Parkhaus aufgehoben, der Stellplatz wird vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt.

Wirklich schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick
Insgesamt war alles sehr gut organisiert - der Vermieter hat uns per WhatsApp kontaktiert und war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar.
Die Wohnung verfügt über alles was man so braucht und Sachen wie Kaffee, Milch etc und sogar ein Prosecco als Willkommensgruß stehen nett arrangiert bereit.
Die Hängematte ist eine witzige Idee.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ferien Fezzano
Herzige gemütliche Wohnung. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit dort verbracht und konnten uns die Umgebung (Cinque Terre, La Spezia, Pisa) anschauen. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und ist jederzeit behilflich wenn man Fragen hat.

Entspannung pur
Die Wohnung liegt tatsächlich direkt am Meer, am Hafen. Direkt vorm Haus ist ein schattiger Platz mit Bänken.
Die Wohnung enthält Alles was man sich wünscht und noch deutlich mehr. Der Vermieter ist sehr umsichtig und stets ansprechbar per Whatsapp oder Telefon.
Mehrere Bars und Restaurants sind nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt. Auch die Bushaltestelle ist gut erreichbar. Wir sind trotzdem öfter mit dem Auto gefahren. La Spezia ist ganz nahe, Cinque Terre, Pisa, die römischen Ausgrabungen von Luni ..
Die Garage ist gut erreichbar, hell und das Procedere ganz einfach.
Wir haben die kleine Auszeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Tutto perfetto!
Die Wohnung liegt im beschaulichen Küstenörtchen Fezzano, selbst im August ein perfektes Hideaway vom Trubel der Touristenorte in der Region. Vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man den Blick auf den Yachthafen und den Golf von La Spezia (inkl. ein und ausfahrender Kreuzfahrtschiffe, Frachtschiffe, Yachten, Fischerboote... Clemente, der Vermieter, hat vor, während und sogar nach unserem Aufenthalt alles perfekt organisiert und auch immer wieder unaufdringlich nachgefragt (telefonisch und per Whatsapp), ob alles ok ist und dabei wertvolle Tipps für die Erkundung der Umgebung, Restaurants etc. gegeben. Für uns war es die perfekte Basisstation für Wanderungen, Stadtbesuche in La Spezia, Portovenere, Lerici etc. Die im Preis inbegriffene Parkmöglichkeit im nahegelegenen Parkhaus von Fezzano ist ebenfalls Gold wert. Also: alles perfekt!

Appartamento molto bello e proprietario davvero cortese
L'appartamento è bello , sul mare con una bella vista , in una zona tranquilla ma strategica per visitare le cinque terre e Portovenere ( bellissima ) il posto auto in un parcheggio coperto a pochi passi offerto dal proprietario è utilissimo e la vicinanza dei mezzi pubblici ti fa dimenticare l'auto . Davvero cortese e disponiblie il proprietario , il soggiorno ci è stato regalato per il primo anniversario di matrimonio e ci ha anche fatto trovare un piccolo presente , oltre a tutto quello che serviva per il soggiorno . Ottima la pulizia e l'attenzione al problema covid 19 . Assolutamene consigliato sia per la struttura che per la cortesia del proprietario

L'appartamento in perfetta posizione per visitare le 5 terre e i dintorni di La Spezia, situato nel luogo incantevole di Fezzano a pochi metri dal porticciolo. Non grandissimo ma completo di ogni necessità, il proprietario il Signor Clemente è molto gentile e perfetto nell'organizzazione del check in .

Très bel appartement à Fezzano
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour de 5 jours dans l'appartement de Clemente. Location bien située et meublée avec beaucoup d'amour. De la cuisine vous avez une vue magnifique sur le port et les montagnes de l'autre côté. Nous avons apprécié le parking à 200 m du logement. Clemente est un hôte très accueillant et disponible à tout moment. Il nous a apporté d'excellents conseils pour notre séjour. De Fezzano, de nombreuses destinations d'excursions sont accessibles en bus. Les Cinque Terre en bateau formidable. Nous recommandons fortement le logement de Clemente, pour passer des vacances relaxantes et agréables en Italie. Un grand merci à Clemente.

Toller Urlaub
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Clementes Wohnung. Es hat wirklich alles gepasst: Nette Wohnung mit perfektem "Service" (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Nudeln, Soße, Gewürze, Kekse, Saft, sogar Sekt :-) etc. vorhanden). Clemente selbst war auch in Urlaub, so dass uns Margherita in Empfang genommen hat. Sie hat uns die Wohnung und das Parkhaus (kostenloser Parkplatz!) gezeigt und uns alle Fragen, die wir sonst noch so hatten, gerne beantwortet.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig für Ausflüge nach La Spezia, Lerici, Portovenere, Cinque Terrre, ... Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es einen Spielplatz und einen Fußballplatz - besonders gut für unseren kleinen Sohn. Außerdem kann man gut Fischerboote und große Containerschiffe beobachten :-)
Alles in allem ein rundum geglückter Urlaub - auch dank des Wetters, aber vor allem auch wegen Clemente. Wir haben ihn zwar leider nicht persönlich getroffen, aber über WhatsApp war er immer erreichbar.

Petit port tranquille
Appartement propre et bien aménagé dans un petit port très calme.Grace au indications de Clémente nous avons pu visité les Cinq Terres en laissant la voiture dans le garage ce qui était très appréciable. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ces 3 jours à Fezzano . Nous recommandons

Schöner und ruhiger Aufenthalt zwischen La Spezia und Cinque Terre
Wir waren zum Wandern in der Gegend und der Ort Fezzano lag ideal. Der Ort selbst in ruhig, Einkaufsladen und Restaurants sind in der Nähe, der Yachthafen ist hübsch. Toll war auch der Stellplatz in dem 250m entfernten Parkhaus, weil im Ort selbst gibt es keine Parkplätze für Non-Residents.
Das Appartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet, alle notwendigen Sachen sind vorhanden. Die Betten sind gut, auch das Schlafsofa hat einen Lattenrost. Die Küche ist klein, aber sinnvoll ausgestattet, so dass man im Zweifel auch mal kochen kann. Ein Fenster bietet Blick auf den Yachthafen.
Das Badezimmer wird über eine enge, etwas wacklige Wendeltreppe erreicht. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber. Toll war, dass wirklich alles erdenkliche Material vorhanden war (Grundausstattung Mineralwasser, Zewa, Kaffeekapseln, Gewürze, Zucker, Mehl, Öl,, Verbandszeug (!), Geschirrspülmittel, Sauger). Der Kontakt mit Clemente war klasse, er hat sich immer wieder erkundigt und stand mit touristischen Vorschlägen bereit.
Folgende negative Punkte möchte ich erwähnen, obwohl sie den Gesamteindruck nicht trüben: Der Zugang über den Hinterhof ist wenig einladend, er geht an dem Küchenfenster der benachbarten Trattoria vorbei (in der wir dann auch nicht speisen waren). Auf den Bildern ist ein zweites Schlafzimmer zu sehen, das aber nicht mit angemietet wird. Wenn man den Text aufmerksam gelesen hätte, hätte man es auch erkennen können. Der Wohnraum ist etwas enger, als es auf den Bildern scheint.
Restauranttipps:
O Chi O a ca Toa war ein Erlebnis, 10-Gang-Menü inkl. Wein und Wasser für fünfunddreißig Euronen. An unserem Abend ergab sich eine nette Konversation mit allen Gästen und zum Schluss sangen Wirt und Köchin italienische Weisen zu Gitarrenklängen.
La Bitta, gutes Fischrestaurant mit etwas gehobenen Preisen.

Appartement au calme et très bien situé pour visiter les cinque terre.
Nous avons apprécié le calme de Fezzano et l'impression de vie de quartier, ce qui nous permettait de nous reposer après les différentes visites des cinque terre et villages alentours. Les restaurants du bord de mer servent d'excellents plats et vins locaux. L'appartement de Clemente est très bien équipé et Clemente est très réactif lorsque nous avons des questions. De plus le fait de disposer d'un parking est indispensable dans la région qui est par ailleurs très bien déservie par les transports en commun.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sous le soleil de septembre et l'art de vivre à l'italienne.

Toller Urlaub in Fezzano
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick auf die Häfen von Fezzano, La Spezia und die Bucht dazwischen ist wirklich sehenswert - nicht nur für Kinder ist es toll, große Schiffe beim Ein- und Auslaufen in La Spezia zu beobachten. Fezzano ist auch ohne Auto als Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche schöne Ausflüge in der näheren oder weiteren Umgebung bestens geeignet. Die Möglichkeiten sind dabei vielfältig - von Baden über Wandern bis zu Kultur ist alles möglich. Clemente ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der Fragen immer umgehend beantwortet und uns mit zahlreichen Tipps für Ausflüge versorgt hat. Die Kommunikation in Englisch ist dabei völlig problemlos möglich. Insgesamt hatten wir zwei tolle Wochen in Fezzano.

Gemütliches Apartment mit toller Lage
Wir haben im März eine Woche in Clementes Apartment verbracht und waren begeistert! Die kleine Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt direkt am Meer und von der Küche aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen und die Berge auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite. Clemente ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der alle Fragen schnell beantwortet und auch tolle Insider-Tipps für Ausflüge hat. Von Fezzano aus sind viele Ausflugsziele einfach mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Die Cinque Terre sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und auch nach Pisa und Florenz kann man bequem mit dem Zug reisen. Wer eine entspannte und schöne Zeit in dieser Ecke Italiens verbringen möchte, ist in Clementes Apartment genau richtig aufgehoben!

Unexpected surprise
3rd VRBO on our Italian adventure (Napoli and Positano being the other 2 locations) and at first we weren’t sure if it was for us. The cab took us incorrectly into Portovenere and we saw many tourist places to go. However, our apartment was in Fezzano, back toward town. It is located on the harbor in a quiet section.
Instantly, we realized we were where we needed to be - AWAY from tourists and near real Italians.
In two days we had the best meals of our lives, met amazing and friendly people, and G & I promised we would be back!
Clemente is the perfect host and his apartment is roomy for two with the European feel. He communicated extensively until he was sure we were settled. We never felt lost or out of sorts.
Ristorante MarineRei & L’Osteria were two great restaurants with the BAR a great place to drink cheap and hang with the locals
If you want tourist places, you can take the bus up the street. If you want to experience Italy at it’s finest..:stay here. You will not be disappointed

Wundervoller Urlaub in der Bucht von La Spezia
Unser Urlaub über Weihnachten und Silvester war ein Volltreffer. Das Wetter war ein voller Erfolg, 14-17 Grad und Sonne im Winter....ein Traum für diese Gegend.
Die Ferienwohnung war schön, modern und liebevoll mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten, von Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Waschmaschine, Café und Milch, Nudeln, Cornflakes, Gewürze, Küchenrollen und vielem mehr. Die Lage war ruhig aber trotzdem sehr zentral. Ganz toll fanden wir und unser kleiner Sohn den modernen Spielplatz und Fußballplatz direkt vor der Tür und den kleinen Hafen 20-30 m entfernt, ein kleiner Park umrahmte alles. Wir genossen es auch, die großen "Pötte" beim Ein- und Auslaufen zu bestaunen. Wir reisten mit dem Zug an und die Busanbindung nach La Spezia, Florenz und z.B. nach Cinque Terre war super. Alle 15-30 Minuten kam der Bus in die Stadt und von dort ging es mit den Zügen weiter. Der Vermieter war sehr sympathisch und immer gewillt, uns alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.
Hoffentlich klappt es noch einmal, es gibt so vieles, was wir noch nicht gesehen haben.

Location parfaite et hôte bienveillant: a refaire et recommander sans hésiter
Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans L'appartement de Clemente et tout était parfait. L'appartement est très bien situé entre Portovenere/les cinque terre et les commodités de La Spezia.
Tout Est très bien pensé dans L'appartement, équipement parfait, au calme dans ce petit port charmant de Fezzano!
Clémente a été un hôte très présent via Whatsapp (malgré la distance) pour nous conseiller sur les visites et l'usage des transports dans la région.
Sur ses conseils, nous avons visité Tellaro et Lerici ainsi que les Cinque Terre.
Mon coup de coeur va au village de Tellaro, plus authentique que les cinque terre qui restent malgré tout à faire!
Bref, un séjour trop court mais nous reviendrons 😉

The apartment is lovely, clean and comfortable and Fezzano is a gorgeous town. Easy to get from there to Porto Venere and Le Cinque Terre which are all more than worth a visit for their beauty, awesome restaurants, lovely terraces and boat trips. The owner of the apartment was kind enough to check if all was well. I'll definitely revisit the area when I can and hope to be able to book this same apartment.
