Personal sehr freundlich.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of town. We were in the separate building across the street from the main hotel, but this wasn't a problem and we enjoyed a nice meal in the hotel restaurant in the evening. The room was very large, and nice and light. I think it is good value for money in terms of the quality of the room.
Unfortunately, we slept very badly here. Guests in two rooms adjacent to ours has brought along dogs which barked in the night. The noise in the street directly below the hotel also made it very difficult to sleep even with the windows and shutters closed - the door to the building slams loudly and early-morning deliveries to the bakery next door (5am) were unwelcome. This latter detail can't be helped by the hotel staff, but is perhaps something to be considered if you're thinking of staying here and you're a light sleeper.

Mitarbeiter extrem freundlich. Wir waren einfach nur begeistert

Good central location to most things in the area; Nice and friendly staff; Great breakfast!
The bed frame needs a bit of work as the slightest movement causes the frame to creak very loudly. The mattress seemed to be very wavy, in that my head and feet felt as though they were lower than my hips. 🤷♂️ I slept well enough though!

The sun terrace and spacious rooms
Limited opening times between 5 and 9.30, and was asked to hurry my drink to close

My room was in a building across the street. I was amazed by its size, it was very spacious. The staff was very friendly. The food in the restaurant was good, reasonably prices. Breakfast was great. Nice to have a private parking place available. The village with the river nearby is great for an evening walk.
Some guests don't behave, shouting in the corridor at 02.00 AM and making a lof of noise again around 7:30. In the backery next to the building people could be heard working during the night, which caused a lot of noise as well. Closing the window was the only option but the room was very warm. I had quite a terrible night and although I cannot really blame the hotel for the behaviour of other guests, I hope these groups of motorbike friends (both German and Dutch) read this review and understand they are NOT the center of the universe.

Very beautiful and well kept place, lovely people, and the food was especially good. We also ate dinner at the restaurant and it was first class. The room was spacious with a separate sitting area.
The only minor flaw was that there wasn't a kettle in the room.

Cozy establishment in the heart of the Mosel. The hotel has everything you need, from a small parking lot across the street to delicious breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Perfect for a wine weekend in Germany wine country!
4.1
Comfortable accommodation. Good restaurant for evening meal and breakfast.
All staff not particularly engaging or friendly. Owner basically ignored us at breakfast and didn't give enough information at check in. Restaurant staff came across as too busy to care. Customer. service really needs to be improved

Very friendly staff, trying to give you a homely feel, very friendly and dedicated. Large room in a very old town house. Clean bathroom and bedrooms, great! German dinner always great.
Very well preparations and discipline as part of corona prevention plan.
As usual quality of coffee as part of German breakfast requires room for improvement (= terrible as more often experienced in Germany). Rest of the breakfast is great. Blankets are not down feathered, but syntactic.
