Bom custo benefício

Recepcionista super simpática e atenciosa. Quarto espaçoso. Café da manhã simples, porém gostoso. Boa localização. Indico ficar! Bom custo benefício.

Quiet and close to everything.

The hotel is super clean. Staff are great and very helpful. It is very close to the center but in an area where you can enjoy some quiet. Beautiful scenery as well from the room terrace.

The only tough part was getting into and out of the hotel with our luggage, as the alley to it is a bit steep and the hotel provides no service to help with that. We asked the hotel nearby for help with luggage on checkout as they had a carriage.

Great staying if you don’t spend 1k a night! Nice breakfast, spacious rooms with terraces and easy to walk anywhere!

Overall, this is a great hotel, great location, nice rooms and friendly staff.

The staff were great -- helpful and friendly. The rooms were very nice, clean (*see one exception below) and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. Location was great. Short walk to the main Piazza (albeit uphill on the way there)

Only two things could have been better. The first morning, we woke up to tiny ants all over one corner of the room, and unfortunately, that's where we put one of our suitcases, so there were many ants inside the suitcase and among the clothes. We had to shake each item of clothing out one by one. We mentioned it to the staff and they said they would spray the room right away. When we returned at the end of the day, there were many dead ants on the floor, so at least the spray worked. At that same time, we found more ants in the bathroom, and asked for the bathroom to be sprayed as well, which we presume they did. The second item was the WIFI. We were there for 4 nights, and the WIFI only worked for the first day and a half. A little frustrating. The hotel staff said they called someone, but it never turned back on by the time we departed.

Budget hotel which served the purpose of the trip; a place to rest your head.

Reasonable prices compared to other hotel prices on the island and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Facilities in the room could do with updating, bathroom had a funny odour and the shower cubicle wasn’t the nicest.

Wouldn't repeat

The small balcony with the little view towards the see between the mountains.

All in all, Capri is such an overrated island, I wouldn't come back. No good beaches, very expensive and commercial. Too crowded. As per Guarracino - extremelly small room with too old furniture. Price is not worth it as if this room wasn't in Capri probably the price would be max 60 euro. Bed was awful - it was as hard as sleeping on the floor. Too noisy cleaners vacuuming, talking loudly and shutting doors.

we would come back and recommend

clean and convenient. people were professional and friendly . Luka and Vincenzo were great.

shower was too small . would be great if you had a dolly or person to help with the luggage . also we left bags in the lobby and you moved to the outside of rooms which we had medicine that couldn’t be over a certain temperature. would have been nice to just to put in directly in the room if you took the effort to move bags

A little gem just needs a little update

The Main hotel lobby is really cool and chic. The rooms themselves have a nice style and the bed was really comfortable. Great location in the centre of town but a small walk so you aren't kept up by the noise.

The bathroom! The shower was blocked, the toilet flush wasn't reliable and it smelt like drains all the time. Not pleasant.

a great and quiet place to stay in Capri

very nice and helpful personnel, we were given something to drink during check-in, got help with luggages and could enter our room earlier, the breakfast was very good, the room nice and cosy, and the localization perfect - close to the centre of Capri but not in a crowded area

maybe there could be some vegetables during breakfast?

Superb

We really enjoyed our stay. Facilities are pretty much what you se in the pictures. Location is very good, however you should know that the car doesn’t go all the way to the hotel, you have to walk and carry your luggage a few minutes. Staff is great, extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Although it seems to be expensive at first, especially if you are coming from other cities in Italy, you will realise latter that everything in Capri is more expensive than usual, and that the price of a stay in Hotel Guarrancino is consistent with the island.

Honeymoon travels

Loved the room and hotel , very clean rooms friendly staff , safe place.great access to the city centre very closely located to the main Capri market center.

To access the hotel it's a little walk to go in and out from the main Street so if you're carrying alot of luggage it's a pain to go uphill back again while leaving or just in general , the main Street is uphill from the hotel so it's a little steep walk. Nothing too scary. But just a cautionary note for those who it might concern. But great access to the city centre very closely located to the main Capri market center.

Nice spot in Capri

The room is big what cheerful decoration. The shower is small but does the job. The view of the breakfast court is breathtaking. The personel are very nice and calm. We loved the street that takes to the hotel.

Overpriced for lack of facilities

It was close to the central top of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was okay but they ran out of food.

They ran out of food for breakfast, they didnt have anyone to help with luggage from the hill. The location is rough to get to. You have to go downhill with all your luggage. Luckily someone from another hotel offered to help with a wagon for 5 euros.
