Comfortable and well equipped. Would defo stay again.

Facilities, modern decor, views and balcony, space. Nice touch to have detergent/tablets for dishwasher and washing machine should we need them.

Clicked on address link in confirmation email and it took me to Apple Maps. Walked from airport and ended up in middle of a public estate, took a while to find it. Maybe our fault, but was confusing. No maid service/towel change included (can pay for it if required). Location was ok, but a little out of town centre. Just a minor point, but a fire safety info sheet on the wall in the apartment had a suggested review date of May 23, which doesn’t feel good as a customer.

Lovely clean and well equipped accommodation.

Although the key was not available at initial collection. The contacts are close by and easy to locate. There were able to advise on they key location.

The only downside for me is no luggage holding facility. My flight was in the morning and I kept my luggage with me. This is advertised, but would make me think before booking again.

Great apartment

Perfect location, lots of facilities close by supermarket restaurants shop's all your needs for self catering. The accommodation is very well equipped and comfortable. Stayed in the studio this time, and I would have preferred the Deluxe as it has a balcony but already booked for my dates but still comfortable accommodation nevertheless.

Could not recommend to anyone

Supermarket and bus stops nearby.

Bathroom fans never cleaned or serviced, make a loud noise when switched on. Same with the air noisy air conditioning which was flashing service due. This property is clearly not being managed correctly and its a low cost option to do this. Owner needs to change the extractor fan in the bathroom to a Silavent version, which runs silent. They need to be on an air conditioning service contract to ensure the extractor runs silent, there is an obvious problem being ignored. This is a shame as the other side of managing the apartment was good.

Disappointing

The location was good and it was clean.

View from the bedroom windows were straight into the lounge of the apartment opposite where we could easily see the owners and the other windows view was across a busy road looking into offices where people worked late into the night. Had to keep curtains shut permanently for privacy. Drilling and maintenance from another room starting early in the morning. Fire alarm going off and no one knowing was happening or whether it was just a fire drill.
