Esta bien, pero no volveria

La ubicación, las vistas, el personal agradable

Esta bien ubicado ya que andando puedes llegar a todos lados, pero los alrededores del hotel dan un poco de miedo, y el desayuno y la cena son muy muy escaso

Good hotel

The breakfast was very nice. The views from the rooftop are amazing

The area around the hotel has a few homeless people. But it's safe to walk to and from the hotel at any time of day or night. The matress was very stiff.

Not bad, but a lot can be improved

+ Clean room + Friendly 24/7 reception staff + Good water pressure in the shower + Soft bedding/sheets + Approx. 15-20min. to city center by foot

- Breakfast was NOT good. Alle seven days of the week they serve the same few choices that are not tasty. On the third day it became super hard to swallow anything from the breakfast buffet. Not suitable for vegetarians. - Really hard bed (painfully hard) - No hairdryer - No hair conditioner - Hard to keep bathroom floor dry after the shower - Strong noise from the street - Noisy refrigerator (had to unplug it to be able to fall asleep) - A lot of homeless addicts on the streets in the neighborhood

Superb

The location is good for the metro and the main station. The breakfast is very good with a wide selection, and the rooftop terrace is a great place to start the day. The rooms are also a good size as is the balcony. I found the staff to be very friendly too.

The area is a little seedy looking at night, but I had no issues with the people in the street as they dont seem to bother tourists. The immediate locale of the hotel is fine, although quite busy with traffic as its on a main road.

Amazing Time

The evening receptionist (male) was awesome. Nothing was too much for him. Breakfast absolutely 💯 amazing.

we had great weekend at golden city hotel , rooms ware cleaned ever day . staff was very friendly and helpful

it was close to central Athens , but bit scary as all streets nearby are full of homeless people. but they seem harmless.

Alright for most part

Free breakfast, fairly comfortable rooms. Air con in rooms so can adjust temperature. Has a balcony so can see the view. Decent place to stay for price TV in room Large mirror in room Free toiletries

Day 1 - no hairdryer, had to wait for the next day to get one Day 2 - room card didn't work so had to go back down after already coming up to reset it Day 3 - no towels in our room Day 5 - card didn't work again Area has a lot of homeless people and is rougher than I expected.

Superb

Lovely hotel with a delicious breakfast, professional and helpful staff, clean rooms, a good location, and a connection with the metro station. The staff was very polite, professional, and helpful, they immediately responded to every request. Nice roof view to Athens from the dining room on 8 floors. The area around the hotel is not so secure and pleasant.

Bathroom facilities need improvement

Clean and comfortable. Good location. Very close to metro station.

There wasn't a towel hanger beside the washbasin. There wasn't a light above the mirror (e.g. for shaving). The soap holder besides the washbasin was adjusted at a wrong position and it was broken.

The hotel is comfortable and located close to the centre.

Avoid going to side roads and allies at night, pickpocketers and thieves are waiting for you there. Main roads and streets are ok.

A lovely break,visiting family.Hotel is good value for money and staff very good.

Staff are polite and friendly.staff recognised me from previous visit.offered a tea,as early morning arrival from uk. Netflix available and WiFi good.

Breakfast good,but bacon undercooked. Toasters for bread need to be better.

Everything was perfect. This hotel has a very good breakfast. I would recommend it to everyone.

I had booked a room on the 6th Floor. But the constant noise from the next room and the sound of the television mounted on the wall between the rooms bothered me a lot. I hope they find a solution to this. I stay at this Hotel every time I travel to Athens because I love this hotel.

Great staff but the building and facilities could be improved alot.

The housekeeping staff, the reception desk, and the breakfast staff were fantastic. They went above and beyond to meet our needs.

The bathroom was very small. In the bathroom the trim around the door was unfinished and the phone was not connected. There were no clear directions as to how to contact the reception desk by phone. The beds were hard and uncomfortable.

The location and breakfast was good.

The pictures of the room on the website was almost the opposite of the real room. On the website it seems a big room and it has a very beautiful and shiny bathtub but it doesn't have it. I asked them, and they said just some rooms have the bathtub and most of them are under construction. I also asked them to show me to be sure! There was the bathtub but super funny and not like the pictures. It was just a very small bathtub, even small for kids and you can not lay down in it.
