Alejandra and the other girl at the reception whose name I unfortunately don't remember made my stay incredible. Thank you very much for all your hospitality and support!

The location, that's it.
I was asked to pay for a pillow cover that was burn with an iron, there's ni irons in the room you have to request one in order to iron your clothes. I told the receptionist that I never requested one. They weren't able to proof that. They had to ask everyone that worked the front desk to confirm, as there was no log to track which room has requested an iron or not. They barely let me explain anything and right away said you card on file will be charged.

Its location is very convenient.
Beat up hotel. Exterior doors room's color are faded due to sun hitting directly, blinds broken, small breakfast it seems they weigh the food prior to serve it. I picked that hotel since 5 years ago I stayed there, definitely maintenance has been neglected since to keep up with coastal environment...

Location and staff were really friendly, breakfast was super good. Miguel was super nice. AC working perfectly.
The smell on the room, elevator wasn't working, and tv wasn't working either. They said it would be for few days, but I stayed during 3 nights, never seen anyone trying to fix both of them.

location...that's it
I asked at breakfast for a little more juice...after the waitress asked her boss...the answer was NO....I told them I can go to Ukraine today and get 2 cups of juice....very sad....TV was out in the whole hotel and the elevator was broke.....hope you get a room on the 1st floor!!!

The staff was great. Attentive, patient with my poor Spanish. Always helpful when I had a request for something. The location was GREAT, easy to find. I didn't go to the beach but apparently it was really close. It was right in the middle of many restaurants so there was always something different to eat. Two 24 hour grocery stores within a block of the hotel. They had a nice, small pool that I didn't use but it seemed nice. They had a laundry service which was nice. It was between 8,000 and 15,000 pesos (late at night) to get home from Centro. Don't let the taxi drivers overcharge you. One charged me 30,000 before I asked the front desk and he told me it shouldn't be more than 10,000.
I really wanted to give a higher score because it wasn't the worse stay I've ever had but I couldn't for the following reasons:
My room was not what i expected when I booked. When I saw the other guests rooms they had the room in the photo. I had a tiny, hot room. The hotel was booked so I didn't bother asking for another room but it was DEFINITELY not the room in the photo. There was no remote for the A/C so it was constantly on 27 degrees so you were stuck with that temp, regardless of how hot it got inside the room or outside. The TV didn't work (which they apologized for when I checked in - I don't watch tv so it didn't matter, but it didn't work). Maybe I chose the wrong room or they gave me the tiny room because I was a single traveler, but that is literally not why I booked the room I did. I specifically chose a particular room at booking.
The bathroom door didn't open completely. It got stuck on the sink because the bathroom was tiny. The floor mat in the bathroom that you stepped on to get out of the shower was not changed and it was dingy as well. There was barely room to turn around. The towels were a bit dingy so I went and bought my own.
I thought the breakfast was buffet style, but you had to fill out a menu request in the evening everyday to get breakfast in the morning. I expected something else. The elevator went out every day..literally everyday. I have a knee injury so I had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs at least twice during my stay. Otherwise I just didn't bother leaving the room until it was fixed. I didn't mind, but you had to pay 50,000 pesos to bring a guest to your room. I understand WHY they do this in certain circumstances, but a platonic friend of mine came by to visit and I had to pay. Again I understood why, but it kinda sucked. There was no desk in the room. I work on the road so I had to work in the bed which isn't ideal.

Good breakfast, great location close to the beach. Pool is small but good enough. Cheap restaurants around so it's easy to get a good meal for a fair price.

Very helpful staff, clean facilities.
the unfriendly day shift receptionist and the view towards the back houses from the third floor, there is very little privacy from the houses that surround the hotel.

The staff is great, they are very helpful!
The staff is great. However the bathroom was not that good. You need to ask for the towels, which is something basic, and not even enough water for taking a shower.
They really need to work on taking care of the place because the employees are great!
