Décevant par rapport à nos autres hébergement au Japon.

Rien de particulier

On a été surpris par le manque de contact humain. On a du faire notre check in et check out nous même. Le personnel était néanmoins serviable et a fini par nous aider. De plus on avait réservé deux chambres elles n’étaient pas du tout situe au même niveau, ma fille était pas du tout avec nous durant ce séjour. On a trouvé qu’il n’y avait pas assez de commodité (micro-ondes / machine a laver) par rapport au nombre de chambres.

bathroom wasn't spot on clean, things like edge of the bath tub and fan but very acceptable. the bed was too soft for my liking.

Die Lage ist fantastisch, umgeben von gut angebundenen Bahnstationen und Supermärkten oder Konbinis! Außerdem gibt es eine kleine Dachterrasse mit einem großartigen Ausblick in Richtung Tokyo Tower!

Lecker und angenehm.

Sehr gute Lage. Ein paar Schritte und du bist in der U-Bahn. Sehr bequeme Verbindung. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Für Jeden was dabei. Dafür war die Unterkunft es wert. Alles ist sauber. Jeden Tag gab es saubere Badetücher und Yukata ( für den Wellness Bereich) an der Tür ( wir haben Putzen nicht gewünscht). Check-Out und Check-In waren unkompliziert.

Zimmer war ehrlich klein. Unsere kleinen Koffer (die, die man mit an Bord nimmt) haben auf dem Boden zum Packen kaum gepasst. Bett war o.k., aber schmal für zwei europäische Menschen. Wenn das mit dem "kleinen Zimmer " und dem "schmalen Bett" nicht stört, dann ist das Hotel ganz gut.

最寄駅は違う駅になってるのですが、山手線の高輪ゲートウエイ駅から近くて非常に便利です。わかりやすい、利便性高い、駅には中外にエレベータあり、荷物が重くて転がしてても平気。宿までの道も平坦で綺麗な歩道があり楽々、24時間チェックイン可能、エレベーターあまり混まなかったので嬉しい。部屋に１本ミネラルウォーターサービスあり

特になかった。自分が受付してる時に、駐車券をもらいそびれている人がいたみたいだったので、車で来られた方はしっかり伝えた方がいいかなって思った。

出張にはとても便利なホテルでした。

駅のすぐそばでロケーションはとても良かったです。お風呂もお部屋も清潔でした。アパの社長の写真付きではありますがお部屋にペットボトルのお水も２本準備されていてチェックイン後特に何も買いに行ったりする必要もなく、重宝しました。

特にありませんでした。

Very uncomfortable: tiny and cheap

Tiny rooms, tiny shower, small even for Tokyo standards. The hotel is out of the way for any tourist activities so had to take at least 2 trains anytime we went somewhere.

駅から近いので方向音痴の人にはありがたいです！

セキュリティがちゃんとしてるので安心です。お風呂に行く時や自室に行く時のエレベーターを利用するのにルームキーで対応出来るのはありがたいです。

私自身が知らないだけかもしれませんが、近くにコンビニがないので、モバイルバッテリーや下着等の自販機みたいなのがあると助かります。検討をお願いします。

スタッフの対応以外は想定通り

大浴場があること

checkin 機械のタッチパネル感度が悪く、反応が遅い外国人客の荷物がじゃまで案内されたチェックイン機会荷物を持って通れなかったにも関わらず、その外国人に対応しているスタッフは注意をしなかった。周りが見えていないと思われる。

It was a good stay! Convenient location!

It was close to public transport.

We received one day later the extra towel and yukata to be used for the spa. We were two people and we just got one.

Very close to metro (sengakuji station & JR tanakawa gateway station) really convenient for traveling from both Haneda and Narita airport. Staffs are super friendly.

Good stay in Tokyo

The location is perfect, so close to the station. The idea of self check in and check out is good and save time. The staff is friendly.

The room is a bit smaller than I expected, but not a big problem.

Useful for short stays you’re travelling through Tokyo.

Location, one stop from Shinagawa station is very convenient if you need to stay nearby to either Haneda airport or the Tokaido Shinkansen line. The room was clean and comfortable.

The rooms are very small and there isn’t many places to find food nearby.

Staff were really helpful and although rooms were very small they were very comfortable.

Really comfortable beds and super close to Metro and short walk to Train station. Few eating places very nearby.

Couldn’t get jug to boil water for cup of tea.

Worth to stay at this hotel

location is very convenient. By walk to JR Shinagawa station is just like 8-10mins and easy take direct train to Narita Airport and Haneda airport!!

not much choices of the restaurants nearby.
