Great cozy place

I love how it's a small hotel with good people and parking within downtown Ottawa

It can get a little stuffy. There's a bit of dust but it's not the hotel itself but because of it's location. And even though we're on the 6th floor, we could still smell the marijuana from the street.

Super Hotel, von dem man alles fußläufig erreichen kann!

Das Frühstück ist super! Alles ist frisch zubereitet und es gibt richtiges Geschirr und kein Plastik! Die Zimmer sind leise (wir hatten eins nach hinten raus) und das, obwohl man fußläufig in die City kann.

L’hotel è in una posizione centralissima. Camere pulitissime. Colazione essenziale ma non manca nulla, e buoni prodotti. Stanza abbastanza spaziosa. Parcheggio accanto all’hotel molto comodo.

Struttura vecchia, letto (matrimoniale) davvero stretto, doccia con vasca e tendina antiquata, water piccolo (!). Aria condizionata con macchina interna, per fortuna non è servita

Emplacement idéal en bordure du secteur Marché By et à 10 mn du centre. Très bon rapport qualité prix, joli immeuble. Prestations honnêtes.

Great Hotel close to all the fun stuff

Loved the paintings all around the hotel. The balcony was nice to have and the room was cozy.

Everyone raved about the breakfast on the reviews but it was just a continental breakfast like any other hotel. The croissants were very fresh and good though.

Proche des endroits à visiter dont les musées. Situé dans un quartier très animé mais néanmoins hôtel très calme.

This was my second stay. And would book again if ever in Ottawa again.

Close to down town, and the market. The bath gowns Were very lovely idea

No wheel chair accessibility, the bathtub was extremely slippery, and no body soap in the room, plus no hand towel only the large bath.

Sehr freundliches Service, tolle Lage -- nicht mal 5min zum ByWard Market, wo allerlei Lokale und Standln sind.

Frühstück hätte bisschen vielfältiger sein können. Weder Schinken, noch Käse wurden angeboten. Dafür aber warme Würstchen und eine Eierspeis -- ist einfach Geschmacksache.

Very Good Hotel To Stay

Polite Staff, Co operative Manager, Spacious Room, Balcony, In room facilities like coffee maker, Fridge, Microwave, Plates, Glasses etc, Elevator....And The Best thing is the Complementary Breakfast....its just 👌

I don't see any ramps to reach the hotel reception from roadside...its only Stairs....Need a modification....This time we are ok as we travel as couple but next time if I travel with my mother who uses a wheelchair....then I might have to 🤔

We would go to this Inn again, its close to lots of attractions.

breakfast was great with lots of choices. Fresh food is always a bonus.

Parking was very tight, but realized later there was alternitive parking down the street.

Nous allons sûrement y retourner et recommander. Bon rapport qualité-prix et bien situé.

Propre, chambres confortables, bons déjeuners et personnel sympathique.

Une chambre sans fenêtre dans la suite de 2 chambres. Au moins il y avait un ventilateur efficace.

Lovely location downtown, rooms and breakfast !

My go-to Ottawa hotel

This is my go-to Ottawa hotel. Very good value. Great location. Easy access parking nearby.

Some of the beds are getting old and less comfortable. They should upgrade their beds soon.

Really great place to stay.

This place was awesome!! Very comfortable and clean. I loved the neighbourhood. I thought the staff was friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast was great.

I plan to stay here whenever I am in Ottawa (at least once a year.) Hope to say in the same room

Lovely boutique hotel in great location for restaurants and nightlife. It reminded me of places I have stayed in Paris. We had a great view of the city from our balcony. Front desk was very helpful.

The breakfast did not quite live up to the standard set by the hotel, but the croissants were very good and hot frothy milk for coffee was a plus.

Le luxe abordable avec tout le charme de la simplicité et un grand confort

Tout aimé, d’abord l’extérieur est impeccable et accueillant, je dirais une bâtisse de charme intégrée dans une rue résidentielle à quelques pas du marché By. Impressionné par le personnel d’accueil très professionnel dans un espace d’accueil tout aussi impeccable qui tout de suite démontre l’importance des propriétaires à offrir un bon séjours à ses clients. Tout est bien, la chambre son aménagement son ameublement, son équipement et son balcon avec son intimité. Le luxe est toujours dans le confort, la sécurité, la propreté et surtout l’accueil alors cet hébergement est le luxe abordable. La salle pour le petit-déjeuner est tout autant impeccable avec un bon choix pour tous les goûts. Merci au personnel de l’accueil.

The is in a great location to walk to many Ottawa sites. The cute balcony in our room was so nice to sit out on and enjoy the lovely street.

Bad experience. Canceled the order due the room cannot accommodate the two adults and 1 child.

I ordered "Standard Queen Room" (Recommended for 2 adults, 1 child) for two adults and a 10 year old child, there was only one queen bed in the room. There were no extra cot for the child, also the room was very small - no place for extra cot. By word of the front desk staff - "parents can share the bed with small kids".
