Beauté de l’emplacement et de la vue de la ville à travers l’unicité des fenêtres courbes panoramiques, mais immense déc

La vue sur le Parc et le centre-ville, l’aspect architectural tout en courbes des fenêtres panoramiques.

Les gobelets en carton dans les chambres pour boire un espresso, et pire encore, justement pour ne pas boire un espresso dans un gobelet de carton, commander un petit déjeuner de $41 composé de 3 muffins, 1 jus d’oranges, un yogourt, un café et un cappuccino, JUSTEMENT POUR NE PAS BOIRE SON CAFÉ DANS DES GOBELETS DE CARTON, mais Ô Ultime désagréable surprise! … que la réception du petit déjeuner et des deux cafés DANS DES GOBELETS DE CARTON !!!!!! C’est absolument INDIGNE d’un hôtel de la classe et du prix d’une chambre luxueuse dans cet hôtel. On a droit à de la vaisselle véritable dans n’importe quel hôtel moyen, mais au Marriott Château Champlain? La dernière chose à laquelle l’on s’attend… c’est de boire son espresso ou cappuccino dans un verre de carton!!! Autre manquement grave de cet hôtel « de classe »: l’absence des accessoires les plus élémentaires pour dames dans la salle de bain: bonnet de douche jetable, cotons tiges, crème pour le corps, de simples petites choses que l’on retrouve pourtant naturellement dans des hôtels de loin inférieurs au Marriott Château Champlain. De petits détails tellement simples et peu coûteux, mais que l’on s’attend de retrouver lorsque l’on réserve un séjour dans un hôtel de la classe du vôtre.

Montréal a lovely city

The staff working were wonderful despite most of the staff striking. It was a lovely hotel and I had a fabulous view from floor 24. I liked the shower too. Very nice breakfast.

Room wasn’t serviced for the five nights I was there because of strike action. No offer of any compensation from hotel which was disappointing.

While the ambiance was lovely and the staff were amazing, there was little value offered during our stay. For the price

Comfortable bed, good shower, all electronics worked, staff was lovely.

Not a great value for the cost. Booked through Booking.com and it was advertised as $236 for one night. Once it was all said and done it was high $300’s and no breakfast included, nothing special offered at this location. I was wasn’t WOWED for that price…

Good location and for what we needed for 1 night

The room was spacious and clean. Quiet room.

Pillows were awful and not enough bedding. Two small sheets did not make for a cozy experience.

Cama e travesseiros confortáveis, quarto silencioso, com bela vista e bem decorado. Cafeteira, chaleira e outras facilidades. Café da manhã tipo Buffet muito bem servido. O restaurante do hotel é excelente. A localização é boa e o staff muito atencioso.

I would book a stay again

Breakfast was good and the location was perfect for access to the Metro and the Bell Center

I know it would be hard to correct but there was a strong urine smell in the Metro access before the elevator

Great location. Breakfast in our room was amazing. The staff throughout the facilities, especially alert service was outstanding.

Was charged an additional $50 for late check out. Don’t think it was needed, the room wasn’t booked after me.

Overall it was excellent!

Location to all the amenities around was definitely a bonus! If you're going to Montreal for a hockey game this is the place to stay! Also only blocks away from St Catherine's to shop!

The only downfall we had was the amount of scent in the lobby as you entered the hotel, and into the elevator. It's not a place to go if you can't handle scenty places.

Well worth the money!

Absolutely the best hotel in which I've ever stayed! The Montreal Marriott Chateau Champlain was magnificent in every aspect any traveler could desire. Outstanding location, tremendous service and hospitality, wonderfully delicious food at both dinner and breakfast, exquisite room with the best bathroom...I could go on and on...

Not a bad place,washroom sink need to be fix,checkin in need to be more organized.

Hotel room was clean sleep was comfartable.

Had to check in at 4pm i arrived at 6pm and the receptionist who is checking in told me that the room still was not ready, he said i need to wait for another 45min and he would give me a call to check in i waited for almost 2hours and didnt receive no call from him but the room was ready by then, everything was good in the room except for the sink went to brush my teeth and the sink was clogged up water wont go down, my wife went and was the same thing so we couldn't use the batroom sink, for the rest the stay was pleasant.

Heating/cooling system complexity No parking for a pick-up truck, except for valet - SUPER expensive! Unfortunately, ordinary, not worth the high cost. It was our 50th wedding anniversary, since we stayed there on our wedding night in 1973. That night, 50 years ago, we were offered twin beds, after I had reserved, many weeks before, a king. This time, I paid EXTRA for a high room facing the city, and mentioned our 50th. We were given a room half-way up, and NO mention/privilege/extra! Your question #4 below about a beach??? IN Montreal, in MAY, in Canada??????? THIS questionnaire is BS! Very disappointed! PLEASE REPLY! I assume we will not hear from you, nor have this published?

Loved it!

The location is excellent. Our room had a great city view. The hotel has been recently renovated and had a very efficient and speedy elevator system. I loved the screen in the lobby with access to flight information, shopping and restaurants in the area. The buffet breakfast had a lot of choice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My family loved our stay here and we look forward to coming back.
