Très bon séjour et parfait pour les familles

Chambre très propre, personnel accueillant, lit hyper confortable. Très bien isolé pour le bruit extérieur. Petit déjeuner continental assez complet. Je suis très satisfaite du séjour.

Les photos démontrent une piscine bien plus grande qu'elle l'est en réalité et absolument impossible de s'y baigner à cause de la glissade. Un spa chaud sans remous. Parfaite pour les enfants mais les adultes n'en profitent pas du tout. Petite suggestion : Pourquoi ne pas réserver une heure en fin de journée, pour les adultes seulement. Genre de 21:00 à 22:00 ?

Déjeuner très basic Lit confortable Chambre propre Piscine a besoin de plus d'entretien et petite pour le nombre de personnes Le personnel était gentil et courtois Par contre pas généreux au niveau des shampoings et serviettes. On était 3 dans la chère mais pas assez de serviette et de produits

La chambre n' a pas été faite durant notre séjour et les draps n' ont pas été changé Ainsi que la chambre n' a pas été nettoyé pendant notre séjour. On a moins apprécié cet aspect.

Decent but not impressed. Would recommend for families.

The kid loved the pool. Staff was nice. The room was comfortable and clean.

Le déjeuner était décevant un peu. Beaucoup d'éléments manquaient aux moment ou nous sommes passé. Les assiettes en carton et les ustensiles en plastiques étaient pas très attrayants. Le pus décevant pour moi fut le café dans les chambres. Cafetière désuète et café de qualité très moyenne.

Fun for the kids and a goood price

Pool is obviously the winning feature with kids, nice and shallow and warm. The continental breakfast was also decent, better than I expected.

Walls a bit thin and bathroom and furniture a bit worn, but wasn’t expecting anything fancy anyway.

Great water slide for the kids. Rooms had mini fridge and microwave. Clean.

Breakfast was a disaster. Runs from 6-10am. We were there at 730am and they had already run out of milk, fruit salad and hard boiled eggs. Garbages we’re overflowing and the staff didn’t come check on the area. Disappointing.

Rooms were clean.

There was very limited items for breakfast for vegetarian people. Dining area is so small that we have to wait for an hour to get table which was not acceptable. Even reception Staff was not that co-operative.

Terrible experience.. I booked 4 rooms for 1 night as we as a family were on our way to Tadoussac.. We changed our route and I cancelled what I believed was all 4 rooms however upon our return from vacation.. I had full charges for 3 rooms on my visa.. Apparently I only cancelled 1 room.. I made a mistake however in speaking to the staff and manager at the hotel they would not forgive the charges.. customer representatives at booking. com also advocated on my behalf.. to no avail.. I was very upset.. I made a mistake but they were unforgiving .. to charge me the full price of 3 rooms and as a senior.. this is a lot of money.. was wrong..

The pool and slide

The place wasn’t clean everywhere you looked and claimed to be dog friendly but couldn’t bring her with us anywhere and couldn’t leave her in the room to let the kids swim and use the facilities. Had to put my dog in the car while I let the kids play in the pool.

Hotel was a good stopover for a night. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok, not much choice.

Hotel was a lot further from downtown and tourist site than expected.

Great value for the money, comfy beds, nice staff. Recommended and I didn't get the chance to try the pool.

Variety of breakfast could improve and avoid non-disposable items that generate plastique packing, otherwise it's my hotel for work in the area.

The room was clean and well decorated

I brougth my 5 year old grand child to your hotel because of the pool IT WAS AT 60 degrees it would have nice fir the agent to mention that when I asked if the pool was open for us to use It was very disapointed we did not swim The breakfast no more fruit salad and COLD hard boiled eggs! Fresh fruits and cottage would be a good thing to add to make it healthier

Hockey Tournament

Cheaper than others in the area and clean and comfortable.

The area didn't have much of anything nearby except for Tim Horton across the road. It was a residential area. No restaurants or shopping within walking distance.

the pool and the location

at all the time you there was a noise coming from the pool during the day and also noise from engines or extractors wasn’t sure and me and my wife we couldn’t sleep well for the 2 night.

The tables for breakfast were not clean, was not being wiped clean between guests. Hottub could have been warmer.
