Séjour un peu décevant

Le prix de la chambre était bon. La douche était grande.

Les murs manquaient d'insonorisation.On entendait les personnes de la chambre à côté parler. Le lit fesait un bruit de craquement. Pour le déjeuner, nous avons eu l'information qu'il y avait des oeufs brouillés seulement à la fin, lorsque notre déjeuner était terminé.

Personnel accueillant et souriant . L’hôtel est propre même si c’est vieillot

L’accueil est chaleureux. Le personnel est à l’écoute.

Le mobilier est vieillot. La moquette est usée. Un bon rafraîchissement pour moderniser l’établissement serait nécessaire.

I dont know. Sleep was good, but walls are paper.

Receptionist, It was given be warm welcome.

Well, breakfast was little. And I didnt know how to use things. I think the kitchen lady and other customers think I was idiot.

Disappointing

The night clerk at the front desk Very nice and polite

It was me and my son we are from st Jerome but we had driven from n8agra falls to your hotel got there at 4h00an and did the 12h00 check out The over charged (200$) PLUS THE ROOM WASN'T CLEAN STANS ON THE FLOOR,SINK WASN'T WASH HAIR IN THE TUBE AND DRIED PEE ON THE TOILET SET TOLD THE WOMEN ATBTHE FRONT DESK AT MY CHECKOUT SHE TOLD ME I SHOULD OF WENT TO SEE THEM, II ANSWERED HER AT 4H00 I GOT THERE GOT INTO THE ROOM AT 4H45 PUT MY SON BACK TO BED, ONCE I LOOKED AROUND I WASN'T GONNA LEAVE MY 7YEAR OLD ALONE IN THE ROOM AND WE BOTH WOKE UP AT 11H00 WHEN THEV FRONT DESK CALLED AND WOKE US UP BECAUSE THERE WAS MESS UP WITH BOOKING.COM OVER CHARGE DURTY ROOM WOKE ME UP

Pleasant, would stay here again.

Convenient location off highway near shopping. Clean room, no carpeting, comfortable bed, medium size bar fridge. Much better than Comfort Inn Edmunston. Easy to park in front of ground floor room.

Faint smell of old smoke, probably in the wallpaper and ceiling. I wish this chain didn't charge pet fees.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We didn't eat the breakfast because we had to leave very early. The carpet in the room could use with a little cleaning. Otherwise, we slept well and the room was fine.

Very clean rooms, location close to hwy easy access. Staff speak both French and English very friendly.

Only complaint is the beds. Clean but hard as a rock. Might as well slept on the floor.

Exceptional

Great location with access to route 40 to Montreal. Location is across of strip mall with groceries, bank, pet store, etc. The local SAQ is also next door. Tim Hortons and gas stations are down the street with a Canadian Tire store. This Comfort Inn has the best shower water pressure I’ve experience at any location! Staff is very friendly and they changed my room immediately, when there was an electronic door lock issue with my room.

This is a very busy Comfort Inn because of the location.

Truly enjoyable.

Great service, excellent staff. No issues or problems. Would stay again. Will be returning in October and will be staying for one week. Will be able to give a better review after that visit.

Horrible in every sense..look elsewhere!

Location is okay

This place is an overpriced filthy dump..dirty carpets, rooms are tired ans badly need a renovation.Horrible beds with worn spring mattress and small pillows that are more like cushions. The breakfast is a joke! A small room for barely 20 people, scrambled eggs,sausage and old rotten bannanas . They do not serve you in proper plates and cutlary..its disposable obes with plastic cutlery like you would get at some takeaway! And they call themselves a 3 star hotel...simply appalling. For a tarif of 150+ CAD you'd expect something decent and not some seedy motel like place...where truckers stop for a rest! Those giving good reviews probably have never staid at a proper hotel. Best avoid this place like plague! We attended an even and spent two nights

Serviceable , comfortable stay for a decent price but no frills.

Beds were very comfortable but there was a spot between the mini fridge and the desk that hadn’t been dusted in a long time. The room was also very dingy and the entire hotel seemed a bit rundown and worn out. The breakfast was what you would expect and I was happy there was fresh fruit. Most importantly we slept well as the location was quiet and yet close to the highway.

The dust and worn out carpet. The decor was dated and the lighting poor. Also, the coffee was watery.
