o.k. overall, especially in view of the reasonable price

size and cleanliness of room, including bathroom

Shuttle didn't arrive as booked, breakfast was nothing to write home about (barely passable)

Great if you are flying

Spacious room. Comfortable bed, well arranged room. Shuttle service is appreciated, why we booked there. My sister was leaving on the plane in the morning.

Noisy, not well insulated walls. A lot of people coming and going at all hours, talking in the corridors. I realize now that it is an airport hotel, that it is usually like that. The breakfast was very ordinary.

This place was ok, staff were quite friendly. Nice with the airport transfer and breakfast included.

Location is great, staff were great. Price was decent for Toronto

The room was small, bathroom tiny. The shower had varying temps of hot water, would be warm/hot to scalding hot, then to Luke warm.

Good, but what is up with airport pickup.

Airport pickup is not available from 12:45am to 3:00am for some strange reason.

Good choice for one night

Close to the airport, room and hotel were clean.

It ia an old hotel, with no elevator, the soap in the bathroom and the shower are ro small. Although it was only one night, I believe could be more comfortable

Una hospedaje conveniente, seguro y tranquilo.

La proximidad al aeropuerto y el servicio de transporte gratuito de y hacia el aeropuerto. A pesar de estar cerca del aeropuerto la habitación era silenciosa, limpia y la cama muy cómoda.

Que no está señalizado o se indica con claridad donde hace parada el shuttle en cada terminal del aeropuerto.

You get what you pay for.

It was convenient close to the airport and Comfortable, the breakfast was very limited but I s'pose you should expect that when they say its free Ok for a one night stay. The shuttle was very good on our way back to the airport he deserved his tip.

The shuttle pick was terrible you had to carry your case up 4steps to the luggage rack the driver was very grumpy and didn't help at all and there is no lift in the motel so another two flights of stairs to our room after a long flight not what you want. Very nosey aircon.

A mejorar detalles.

Bien ubicado cerca del aeropuerto. Estuvimos 2 noches para visitar Toronto y tomar un vuelo a Quebec. El transfer del hotel presta un muy buen servicio para llevarte al aeropuerto a tomar el tren UP que te lleva al centro de Toronto, a Union station. La habitación amplia aunque oscura . El personal amable.

Podrían mejorar la limpieza y completar un poco el desayuno.

This inn is far from quality as

Friendly staff

Unclean accommodations. Outside the broken shower head coming off the wall, the tub was unclean, the room smelled as if someone had been smoking in the room, there was some substance splashed on the wall near the bed, longbdark hair on the bed and the floor hadn't been cleaned after a pet as I had to wash my feet of pet hair.

I can not recommend this hotel.

It is near the airport and has an included shuttle

There is NO ELEVATOR to the 2nd floor - we had to carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs. The beds are very hard - terrible sleep.

Close to the airport, convenient airport shuttle, attached restaurant, breakfast, value for money, rooms are good size

Perfecto lugar para quedarse en larga escalas!

Nos alojamos para una conexión de 16 horas en Toronto. La ubicación está perfecta, cuentan con servicio de shuttle y nos llevaron al hotel desde el aeropuerto y luego del hotel hasta el aeropuerto. El desayuno estaba bastante bueno y venía incluido. Las instalaciones si bien se ven antiguas, están bastante bien conservadas y todo limpio. La cama estaba bastante cómoda.

Hacía bastante frío y la No había aire acondicionado y la cama tenía poca ropa

Very comfortable bed, clean and close to the airport

The hotel is clean, very close to the airport and a decent price for Toronto. I like the fact that it offers an airport shuttle, and breakfast is included.

The hotel is a little old and tired.

I would definitely stay here again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The bed was clean and comfortable. Washroom was cleaned very thoroughly. Breakfast was great. Location was very convenient. Shuttle service was perfect for the long flight visitors.

Some parts of the hotel was outdated. No elevator so my 70+ years old dad had to take heavy luggages through stairs (but the front desk can help you with a storage so this wouldn't be an issue for those who don't need all their luggages for their stays).

Comfortable and convenient.

Older building that has been nicely refurbished. Restaurant and separate sports bar on site. Complimentary shuttle service from and back to the airport.

Sloped hallways due to changing elevation of various parts of the hotel. No warnings to mark areas that could make walking a bit tricky.

Fair value for the money.

The shuttle service was very good. On time. The drivers were friendly. Very close to the airport.

The breakfast for this type of hotel was mediocre. A couple different types of bread could have been offered, such as raisin bread. Also some type of potato, such as hash browns would be nice. One good thing is the Minute Maid orange juice. It is a quality product not like the watered down orange juice other hotels serve.

very efficient, clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and helpfull.

The airport was only 4 minutes away so the shuttle pickup was prompt and the ride to the hotel was smooth and quick. Breakfast I was not able to do as my flight left before breakfast was set up.

I could not find any fault with my stay or the hotel facilities.

Pleasant

Room was as expected. Breakfast was good. Shuttle back to the airport the next morning was good. Front desk clerk on check-in was surly. Bartender was excellent.

Airport shuttle on arrival near midnight was very poor service. Called the hotel several times to find out when to expect the shuttle. Only got an unhelpful automatic answering machine. Finally gave up waiting and took a taxi at extra cost.

Good breakfast and comfy beds!

Loud karaoke when we arrived at 1:00am that we could hear from our rooms. No elevator with heavy luggage and guests with mobility issues.
