I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and great. All the staff who assisted me were exceptional. I would return just to experience the staff's hospitality and helpfulness.
The inability to easily identify the pick-up area for Pearson Airport's hotel shuttle(s). As soon as I exited Terminal 3's domestic arrival area, I sought the hotel shuttle waiting area. I tried finding the information on booking.com and via the hotel's invoice, and the information was no where to be found. I messaged Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Airport via the booking.com app and I received a response the following day. I received a response 3.5hrs prior to the hotel's official checkout time on the following day. Thankfully, I had the ability to call the property on the day of my stay (as of 12-AUG-2024) at 905-678-1400.
While the shuttle times and pick-area are not provided on booking.com, the information is provided should one call the property and select option #1. I don't know how often the Pearson's Airport hotel shuttle designated waiting area are changed. However, if a property on booking.com offers a shuttle service, it should provide some detail for where it's guests can get on the shuttle to be taken to the property.

Friendly staff. Good food. Comfy bed.
Bit basic but suited us this time. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off at 6.30am and we were evacuated. Not the hotels fault but not a good start to the day.

Bed size was great when 2 shared the bed. Nice it had a gym. My daughter was able to use the computers in reception to see what was around to do. The reception staff were really helpful and were friendly. House keeping was every other day
The air conditioning unit was way too noisy and I had to turn it off at night.
There wasn't decaff tea and had to ask for it.
The menu was set in stone and didn't change any day. Some staff were friendly and smiley but others were rude.
When asked for more towels poolside they didn't show up until someone else asked and then they were very small ones so couldn't dry off properly.
The pool was dirty.

Comfortable room and all clean. Really close to the Pearson international airport.

Location is close to airport.
The coffee machine in room did not work. There is a sliding (!) door in bathroom that did not close. I took the breakfast option when booking but they said that it was for two only. I had to pay for the third person in the group. Even cheaper hotels don’t do that. The so called wait person expects a tip for pouring coffee. Come on guys, you are not In that class, your room size and decor doesn’t say so.

Room was small but adequate for an overnight stay. Bathroom was very small, but adequate. Would have liked a microwave in the room.
Small bathroom, no microwave

Shatlle was on time , very comfortable bed
Poor dranage from bathtub, switcher for the drenage does not work, conditioner and fridge are working very loadly

Walking distance to the airport, which made getting in and out of the city relatively easy. Depending on the wait times of the Link between the terminals, getting to Downtown took about 45-50mins and roughly $24 roundtrip per person. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was nice, clean, and hot; and we got a nice sunset view of the runway.

The location was good because it was close to the airport. The lady at the front desk was kind enough to give us milk for our baby. Airport shuttle and their drivers were great.
The room was tiny and had a maintenance machine left over. It was like a commercial blower. The toilet was clogged and leaky. There was a hole in the toilet roof too. Also, I was charged $222 a day after my check in. When I asked the hotel about it they had no clue that O had was a guest there after I had provided my information and booming information. Definitely not worth the money.

Very close to airport and has shuttle service every 30 mins.
A bit dated for the price but paying for location near airport. Room was smaller than expected. Luggage was in the way due to nowhere to put it.
3.0
closeness to airport, offer of two queen beds in one room, front desk staff were superb
not particularly well kept, noisy guests late at night, staff knocking on door to clean from 8am... check out was 12

They did not tell us that breakfast was included for 2 people only the 2 people that I was with i had to pay , should have been told to me at check-in.
Should have been told everything up front .

The staff were welcoming and very professional
Did not like the bed bug found walking in the room and the smell of urine. Learned a lesson not to book through a 3rd party website as we were informed they could not do anythng to adjust the cost due to 3rd party booking policy.

it’s super easy for an airport stopover and now, with the UP Train service to downtown, convenient for a Toronto visit. it’s clean, but sterile.
the place is designed to process people coming through. it does that. but don’t try to ask them anything. zero response on Booking (well, 24 hours later maybe) and the phone number goes into a maelstrom of nothing.
