the view and room were amazing!!

Great view of the bay. So comfortable and peaceful. Nicely appointed. We had a hot tub suite and were provided robes for all guests. Great restaurants... Both in service and food quality. Staff was friendly and helpful. The cider at check-in was a nice touch. Close to Butchart Gardens and not a far drive from Victoria. Plenty of parking and close to our room.

Great location.
Friendly atmosphere.
Nothing of note

Casual comfort, no dress code, no kids. Quiet, nice pool, in a great location. My wife's mobility issues were perfectly addressed with appropriate bathroom fixtures(room 301). Easily beats staying in downtown Victoria at the same rate.
Afternoon sun left our patio bathed in sun with no chance of shade. A shade umbrella would be a nice touch.

Room, View, spa bath in the room. Also private due to separate entrance.
- price vs value
- Loud music from the PUB every day
- Amenities were not great (concrete very small pool, almost non existent gym, no great service at the pool)
- Restaurant staff was not great

The room was spacious and beautiful. The view of the marina was gorgeous. We loved the fireplace. The hot tub and heated pool at the resort was fantastic.
We ran out of toilet paper halfway through our stay and they hadn’t provided a second roll in the room so we had to request one. There was a long dark hair on the pillow when we arrived (neither of us have long dark hair and we had only just entered the room) so we opted to set that pillow aside and not use it. They knocked on the door at 9 a.m. on the day we were checking out and seemed surprised to see us, but check out wasn’t until 11 a.m. and we were trying to sleep in.

I loved how the jet bathtub looked into the living room.
We had our patio door open the entire time & it was very quite &, private.
The heated pool & hot tub were amazing!
The staff were extremely helpful & welcoming :)
We got our very first hot stone massages & it was the best message I've had in my life & I've gone over 10 times in the past year, we also got a first time message booking discount which saved us almost $100 😀
I would recommend this place & come back!
The ONLY thing i wish you offered your guest would be an extra comforter for the bed. We like sleeping with the window open and it wasn't cold we would of just liked one more blanket to FEEL snuggled up :)

I think we were mostly disappointed in the false advertising. the room didn’t match the photo of the room we booked. it was also described as soundproof. But we could hear doors closing in the middle of the night and the maids carts rolling by at 8am. for the mix up we got a free breakfast.
there isn’t much to do in Brentwood bay

Brentwood Bay Resort & Spa is fabulous, our stay had everything that we needed (view, service, amenities, pool, bear, coffee :))The restaurant has excellent service, delicious and healthy food and drinks. It’s clean, warm, cozy. We recommend it 100%.
One of the Pool’s rules is guests have to take a shower before use it. We recommend to be strict with this rules.

The room was so lovely with a great view over the pool to the marina. and the giant bathtub was terrific!!!! We had dinner a the Pub and the food was tasty the cauliflower wings were the best we've ever had. Coffee in the room was super tasty
The bed was large but not very comfortable. It was a little soft in the center. DInner was great in the pub however the AC was broken and stayed on so it was very cold. The staff were great though and offered blankets so we could be comfortable.

Room was very nice with a comfortable bed. The patio was a great place to eat and view the sunset/sunrise. We were only a few steps away from the pool so that was a huge bonus. Really enjoyed our stay.
Would have been nice to be able to bring a drink to the pool (plastic cups).

Pool was good. Nice building/room.Quiet.
Air conditioner didn't work. Pool was nice , but a bit too small. Food was ok .

Brentwood Bay is more beautiful and peaceful than expected. Next time my husband and I will stay longer.
The complimentary "welcome" cider on arrival was an extremely nice touch.
The one night we stayed, we ate in the Pub with friends. Everyone enjoyed their meal.
I had read in an old magazine that the resort offered shuttle service to Butchart Gardens. It was disappointing to find out that had been discontinued.
Cab fare to/from Butcharts was $12 (each way) before tip.
