C’était un séjour confortable,tranquille et plaisant

Propre,tranquille et personnel courtois. Le wifi est rapide Le déjeuner compris est très complet et santé ! Proche du cinéma et restaurants.

Tres bien mais vu le bain et la douche on y retournera pas

Je suis decue par rapport au bain à remous! J’avais louer la chambre pour profiter du bain c’était une sortie d’amoureux je voulais relaxer dans le bain avec mon conjoint meme quand les jets ne marchaient pas ! Ca ete impossible de relaxer car le bouchon du bain était défectueux l’eau coulait tout le temps ( le bruit était tannant) donc pas trop relaxant! Pour le prix de la chambre je m’aurais attendu a une pomme de douche de meilleur qualité tres décevant! A part l salle de bain tout était ok

La chambre était belle et propre. On a pu prendre possession tôt soit à 15 heures.

Le déjeuner est de base mais bien. Il pourrait être plus élaboré comme bien d'autres hôtels.

Parce que ma mère est malade et que je dois rentrer chez moi au plus vite, le logement est interromp

Le personnel de l'hôtel était très gentil avec moi, je pouvais communiquer avec eux en français et la chambre était propre et confortable. Helena, en particulier, a été gentille avec moi et m'a rappelé de faire ma prochaine réservation par téléphone afin que le petit-déjeuner soit inclus.

L'emplacement est loin de la vieille ville. Avant d'aller à Québec la prochaine fois, j'améliorerai mon niveau de français jusqu'à C1, afin de pouvoir communiquer avec des gens sans barrières linguistiques et trouver un emploi convenable à Québec. Je suis très intéressé par la vieille ville de Québec et son histoire ancienne

L heure de la disponibilité est un peu tard j ai loué pour aller à une réception à Québec à 5:00 et je pouvais avoir ma chambre seulement à 4:00 j ai dû faire ça très vite pas eu le temps de relaxer dans ma belle chambre

Not worth the money

The location of the hotel wasn't bad. Our family also liked the bathroom with clean and modern style shower.

The room was dark even with the lights on. It was basically in the basement floor with strong smell of dampness.

Upon arrival and throughout my stay, I discovered that the elevator was non-functional. This unexpected situation created significant inconvenience for me as I had to manually carry my belongings to and from my room, navigating multiple flights of stairs. The absence of the advertised elevator greatly affected the quality of my stay and was a direct contradiction to the information provided on the website. Also, the hotel was not very clean.

Very disappointing weekend away with family - far too expensive for what we got.

There was nothing to like. I paid for a nice weekend trip for my family and was very disappointed.

The rooms were smelly and humid and dingy - the lighting was very dim, no decor and old curtains. There was no cooked food at breakfast. There was lots of bread which was laid out in the plastic packets, like in a supermarket, there was just a small choice of fruit and cereals. You had to clear your own plates and trash! Nowhere near a 4* hotel!

Location. Being able to be moved to another room without carpet in the renovated section was appreciated. The AC was quiet. The blackout curtains were awesome.

I don't appreciate how hotels use Covid to roll back services well after it is over. Not having turnover services on a 7 days stay is not ideal. Having to ask for everything like toilet paper, clean face cloths etc. Longer stay should be offered better services, especially when the hotel is not that busy and you pay high summer prices. There was nothing at breakfast I wanted aside from coffee, yet I am fairly certain I paid for it. The older rooms have noisy AC.

Great very clean hotel with friendly helpful staff.

Very clean hotel. Not busy very quite. Decor was nice. Room was as described. We were travelling with another family and the hotel managed to place us in adjoining rooms which was fantastic for the kids to roam without disturbing others. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pool was very small but we had it to ourselves so it was good. Kids loved it and temperature seemed good. Nothing to really not like.

Nice Stay in Quebec City

Room was very clean, well appointed, well decorated and comfy; staff was professional and accommodating; location in good with access to restaurants and food;

Parking was overcrowded and past 10pm was full, I had to park my car in the neighbouring restaurant;

Exceptional

The location for my work was excellent, amenities close by were plentiful and the room was very comfortable. Having the kitchenette in my room was convenient as well. I will definitely try and book the Grand Times Hotel next time I come to Quebec City for work.

Everything was to my liking.
