We loved the fact the Outpost provides a welcome basket with water and snacks but even more so the convenience of providing the basic cleaning items like dish soap, sponge, dishwasher and laundry detergent etc. Makes travelling enjoyable and hassle-free.
The mattress was too firm for our liking and not very comfortable to sleep on. Others who prefer very firm mattresses may not mind. Tried the pull-out couch as an alternative which wasn't comfortable either.

Location, free indoor parking, clean, Outpost service, quiet.🤫
Paper towels etc were cheap.

Location was perfect, staff was great and loved it so much I extended my stay another week.

location right next to many trails and the village is right there too.

Property was great, everything we needed for our family for the week. Location was great as well, close to everything we needed.
4.5
Location is reasonably close to the piste. Ski bus stop location outside property is excellent
Lack of open outdoor heated pool
5.0
Location and comfort of the unit. I liked the no check in policy
Access back to the Wildwood from Blackcomb was actually dangerous. Incredibly icy with branches sticking out. In fact, my right ski hit the branch and caused me to fall.
5.0
Location good- the bus stops right outside. Big enough for a family of 4.
Not quite ski in, ski out. No where to dry off wet ski clothes.
3.0
other than the drain in the bathtub is not good enough, everything else was great!
3.5
WiFi was not working (no Internet) throughout the stay
5.0
Cosy flat with everything you need. The views from the bedroom and balcony were glorious! Only a 10-15 minute walk to the main village and far enough away that it was very quiet. We loved our little welcome gifts. Staff aren’t always on site but contact details were left and when they were present they were friendly and accommodating. Communication was great throughout.
We really liked our stay and would highly recommend to future travellers. The kitchen looks a bit dated but functioned perfectly well.
3.5
Breakfast was not included. Location was good.
I suggest they took some slippers in the door front or change the carpet .

The location was within walking distance of the village so no need to drive and pay for parking. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. There is no AC in the unit but 2 fans were supplied and kept it cool during the night while sleeping.

No keys; door code was easy and convienient!
4.5
all the amenities of a two bedroom - two bathroom house was great for us and our grandkids.
would be great if it had AC in the unit. it did get fairly warm but not quite uncomfortably warm

Very spacious apartment, well stocked, close to upper village.
It was very hot when we stayed. The fan definitely helped and we could open windows, but air con would have been very welcome. Bathroom could do with updating but was ok.
4.0
Lots of space and very close to everything
Provide wider range of pillows. Bed a bit softer.
4.5
very well laid out apartment (216), had everything we needed and more. very comfy beds. good tv selection. nice to have the hot tub and pool. underground secure parking was a nice touch. staff were super friendly.
other guests leaving the luggage trolley laying about (despite a sign on it to politely ask to put it back in the underground car park), which blocked the corridor.
3.5
The location is great and we enjoyed the little patio outside. The place was clean and it was very convenient to use the pool on the same floor.
This place is good only for two people. We were two adults and two kids, who went to bed early and slept in the main bedroom. The couch mattress in the living room is a joke. I understand that it's not the main bed but it was literally painful to sleep on (its springs were in my ribs). Also, there were only 2 chairs on the patio.

clean, organized, complete

The property clean and spacious. it is easy to check in and out.
I think it not fair to charge cleaning fees when there is no cleaning services during our three days stay.

We spent 3 nights at the Wildwood Lodge and I must say that everything was excellent. Great location for a family vacation.
Needs a bathroom fan.

Very cozy, clean apartment, close to Blackcomb gondola, right behind Fairmont. The are is very quite. The staff is super friendly, will definitely consider coming back to the same property.
4.5
The unit we rented was very clean, nicely decorated with all the kitchen items we needed. Lots of towels provided. Very roomy for me and two of my kids. Really liked the space and the furniture provided to enjoy the unit.
Pillows were awesome but beds were hard. Electric heat difficult to maintain a good temperature. A couple of big garbage bags would've been great to have on hand. Didn't realize the pool wouldn't be open so kids were very disappointed.

We received a very warn welcome when we arrived. The person who was serving us was very friendly and accommodating. I think she is called Kristina.
Efficient and professional service!
Kristina also sorted out an extra duvet as we found the sofa bed in the living room uncomfortable
Apartment was very spacious and clean and great thought given to the welcome basket
All cleaning products was supplied so we did not need to buy any
Great room to store skis and short walk to the Blackcombe station
Not being able to use the jacuzzi when we wanted to as some groups were in there for a very long time. It may have help having a booking system
The sofa bed in the living room was awfully uncomfortable and it sinks in the middle

The appartment was very clean and had everything necessary for the stay. It was easy to communicate with the staff. Good value for the money.
The building and the decor/furniture inside is a bit outdated.
