The location was ok everything was close if we needed

I didn't like how they down graded our room say it was up graded check in took a very long time I still haven't gotten back my deposit staff was rude. Heat didn't work therez more but would rather not do this again and still have no one contact me.

A good choice!

Great hotel, would recommend. Two parts with restaurant in other side and room across the skywalk. No problem really.

Tried to cross to other part at ground level and needed to cross busy side road. Not a good idea. Best to stick with skywalk.

Loved staying here! Very comfortable!

Loved that my rate included breakfast which was delicious! Room was clean and very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and clean.

Breakfast meals tasted great! The pools were nice. Staff was polite!

One waitress needed more training in the restaurant. Served us hot chocolate that was cold. My grandson spilt it because the cup was really heavy for him. She never topped our coffee, we asked another waitress on shift. She tried to take our extra ticket when we only had three meals because our one grandchild only ate my toast. Waitress was a bit scattered. The woman that served us the day before for breakfast was a phenomenal server. She was absolutely incredible. Gave her a good tip!

Was clean as always and fresh. Nice rooms and good polite service. Good facilities and options.

Many kids running and playing up and down the hallways both evenings from 6-12:30 pm. Even playing basketball or something at one point. Would've liked to rest for work, although I was young once and like when they have a blast. Just wish I was on a different floor or something if they were going to have a bunch of fun in the hallways and rooms. Also found a bandage or something in my food one night. Not the end of the world, but a little gross.

first they gave us a room in the other building it was beside the swimming pool and it was very noisy then they changed us to higher floor in tower building and it was really nice

It was $300.00 a night for no sleep and a very difficult check in process.

Check in was very inconvenient- stayed in the atrium side and there was no person at the desk for check in. I had to walk across the street to an entirety different building to check in. There was no security at night and there were a very noisy bunch staying close to our room who were running the hallways and very noisy all night. There was also a very intimidating group that blocked the way coming back from having to check in across the street at night.

The bar restaurant hours are lies. So much for a romantic evening. No super no drinks etc. Good waste of money.
