Close to the airport, reachable with public transport with no hassle

Good Location,easy to reach from the airport with public transport,comfortable bed,good hot shower,clean,friendly hosts,very quiet Good for a night in between flights

It is a bit overpriced,a small room with a comfy bed but.a shared bathroom,the bathroom door couldn't be locked , luckily I was the only guest, otherwise this might have been quite uncomfortable. The water kettle didn't work in the kitchen when I wanted to make a quick coffee before heading back to the airport,so this was a downside. Overall an ok to good experience ,maybe a bit pricey but you pay for being close to the airport I guess

The location is okay but the property could be a bit better taken care of. It is okay if it is the only cheap option. But it could offer more for the amount charged

Rob the host is so nice and helpful and the bed is sooo comfortable.

There seems to be resident guests and its a bit awkward sharing the kitchen space.

It is a scam.

Nothing. The place did not look like a legitimate lodgment placement. It was in a modest neighborhood but no one to receive us and no one to answer our calls.

Everything. The taxi had very hard time finding the place. Once arrived, at checking time of 5pm-6pm, there was no sign or name of the lodgment or confirm it is the place we reserved. However, the GPS did confirm the correct location. It is someone's home in a residential area. There was no host, no answer to knocking at door, or calling someone out loud. Just an open door with a closed screen. Inside we can see it is a regular family home with some mess and home shoes at the door. No one answered the business phone, which we repeatedly called. We tried for more than 30 minutes with no answer. We felt we were scammed and had to find alternate accommodation at the last minute and cost us much more.

Nice Stay

The bed was really comfortable and clean. Tableware and a water boiler are available. Tap water is very good to drink.

My room couldn't have enough sunlight so it was slightly cold.

Cozy star home is a place to stay. I enjoyed every moment I was there super cool and private.

The host are very hospitable, friendly and welcoming

If you're looking for a cheap accommodation, this does it, but don't expect too much!

The value for the price was fine.

The location to the airport was reasonable.

Where to start? I arrived late at night and the number for the houses in that area aren't lite up, needed a flashlight to verify the house number. The accomodations are not at all as described in the booking ad. The shared living room has been converted into the owners private bedroom/office. The shared kitchen is full of his personal stuff and cleaning supplies, that appear to be not utilized. He met me upon arrival and showed to the room. The room is very small, with a dilapidated hand me down bed and mattress (no box spring) that squeaked every time I rolled over. He informed me the toilet wasn't working properly and to hold the handle down to flush. I never expected to see someone else's feces in the toilet the 1st time I used it. The while room was filthy, but especially the vanity, mirror and shower, with personal items and cleaning supplies strewn about. The level of maintenance is sub standard. Richard has misrepresented the fact that the hot tub is on site and the photos he shows online are a gross exaggeration of the actual condition of the establishment. I didn't actually read the reviews prior to arrival, I choose to trust the Booking com overall rating, which in this case was a very bad mistake. I see tgat over the last year almost every review has been negative. DONT STAY HERE,

Not Worth The Money.

Fresh white cotton bedding, crisp and clean. Clean bathroom and shower. Owner was very friendly and welcoming. Nice ceramic tile floor. Close to airport. Taxi is a mere $23.00 from this location. Backyard was nice. Keycode back entry.

Room is small and although the ad states shared kitchen, etc, one gets the feeling that the owner occupies this space soley; therefore, we did not feel comfortable occupying that space. The accommodations for overnights are tiny bedrooms in the main house. Outdated variety of window coverings over a Bay Window. Owner wanted the windows closed even though it was hot. There is no AC. Portions of walls, light switches and door casings were dirty. Entry to the room is a narrow, dimly lit, hallway. The accommodation was not worth the price. We would not recommend this place at this price.

It is a good deal.

The owner gave me an orientation and directions on the nearest amenities, e.g. grocery store, etc. He also gave me directions on places I needed to go and instructions on taking the public transit. He has a beautiful garden, with shade and it was good to be able to sit there since I came a bit early. And the cup of tea, after the flight, was really appreciated!
