Gute Lage, Parkhaus und gemütliches Bett.
Leider gibt es kein Frühstück inkl. und die Sauna musste jedes Mal manuell angeschaltet werden.

We have 2x double beds each which were nice. It’s not too far of a walk to the centre.
We stayed there for 3 nights and didn’t have our room cleaned once. The first night we asked for it not to, but we were shocked the following nights when it hadn’t been cleaned. When asking the reception staff they said ‘the cleaners don’t always do a full clean’???
The fitness facilities were acceptable if you don’t mind a small gym underground with not much air ventilation.
We didn’t think it was good value for money, it is extremely dated and the carpets in the hotel are disgusting with numerous of stains. We payed a lot for out of season and just out of curiosity we looked to see how much it was in season!!!! We were extremely shocked to see how much it was!!!! Triple what we paid and we thought what we paid was already steep!!
I guess if you’re just there for a place to put your head down then it’s fine but just be warned, it’s quite pricey!

It’s located downtown within a 10 mins walk to most shops and eateries. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. We love the small balcony and would open its door to great the morning fresh air. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Senor Ramon at the front desk gave us a very warm welcome.

Close to town. Nice view from the balcony.

Great location, definitely good value for what we paid! Rooms were spacious and clean.
Unfortunately the smell of people smoking in the car park underneath our window was not great. It was quite warm but we couldn’t open the window to let fresh air in.

The beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Outdoor balcony. Underground parking. Shower worked good.
No normal height table to sit at to eat breakfast and have your coffee. There was a low night stand. No microwave.

definitely unique and rustic on the inside. there is a story behind the antiquity of the Inn.
strong chlorine smell from the hot tub.

location, staff
parking for big cars was outdoors. it’s hard when its winter and you have a baby

The location was nice.
The room and washroom weren't refurbished and looked quite dull and not so bright. Earlier I stayed at a motel and moved into this hotel as the picture looked better but the motel where I stayed before was much better than this hotel in terms of space, facilities and cleaniness.

Good location, within walking distance to the centre of Banff. Had a room at the back of the hotel which was fairly quiet. Room was huge, with a small kitchenette (sink and microwave). Staff were pleasant. Good for the price, especially when it comes to location in Banff.
Parking very limited. There is underground parking we could not use due to height restrictions however most people seemed to park at the back. After 5pm don't expect to get a space. Water pipes at were also loud throughout the building which could be annoying.
2.5
Great location and close to bus stop station. Shower gel was from Rocky Mountain Soap so extra point for that.
Reception didn’t explain the payment well lead to confusion. The room key sensor wasn’t working and it took us 5 min in order to get in. Cups had visible stain on it which we suspect they didn’t wash it…

the location is right downtown and have access to the shops and restaurants.
it’s very noisy. when people talk in the corridor, we could hear it loud and clear during night.

Good location on main street in town. Free basement parking although low headroom. Hot tub available although we were there too late to use it. Handy restaurant linked from lobby. Free Wifi.
Unable to get aircon to stop pumping freezing air, resorted to unplugging it. A bit scruffy, not quite a 'backpacker hotel' but maybe not surprising given the relatively low cost compared to other hotels in town.

we were in the room beside the hot tub / sauna, so it was extremely hot & felt for A/C didn’t work in our room. other than that, things were good.

All good
Parking space limited. Came back late and not able to find parking lot.

location was convenient
stayed in a king bed. The sheets didn’t fit the bed. Also the left side of the bed had a huge hole / dent in the mattress it was hard to get out of.
