Enjoyable and relaxing despite the exclusions.

Enjoyed the pool time. Good location (Coconut Grove) near our Miami visit.

We were looking forward to more amenities. Last two years we had a full kitchen. The exclusion of free garage parking and complimentary breakfasts.

Good place, great location in coconut grove

Location is good, close to everything. Pool is excellent. Elevator is not the best, better to stay lower floors. Room was good, no bar or restaurant near pool so you can’t get a drink or something to eat, which is challenging.

Localização excelente. Equipe de recepção muito boa

Não oferecem serviço de limpeza todo dia. Ficamos uma semana e o quarto foi limpo apenas 2 vezes. Mas a moça da limpeza foi muito prestativa. Ficamos praticamente toda a estadia com apenas 1 elevador funcionando. Compramos a estadia com café da manhã mas o restaurante estava em reforma e não foi disponibilizado o café da manhã. Absurdo.

Sehr gute Lage, vom Hotel aus kann man in Coconut Grove alles zu Fuß erkunden. Schöner Ausblick vom Pool Deck. Personal und Service sind sehr gut, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Restaurant war geschlossen (wurde gerade renoviert?, gab keine Info dazu). Dadurch gab es keine Möglichkeit etwas zu trinken oder zu essen. Poolbreich: Ausstattung wie Liegen und Auflagen sehr abgenutzt, keine Poolbar.

Perfect location, comfy beds and area to stay in!

Our first room they gave us was old and needed work and wasn’t cleaned well upon check in. They moved us to a new room that was much better!

Super Lage. Cool Restaurant inder Nähe. Pool mit super Aussicht. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon. Park Möglichkeiten im Hotel

Sehr wenig Licht im Zimmer. Man kann keinen Kaffe kaufen Beim Eintreffen war die Toilette nicht gereinigt. Der Lift ist sehr langsam und es waren nicht alle in Betrieb

Great location and good service.

Excellent location and comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, letting us check in early. Also we had to get to the airport at 1 am and the taxi didn’t show up but the staff member on night duty promptly found us an Uber and was very helpful.

There is a lot of traffic in the hotel and all the elevators were broken except for the one service elevator so it was a struggle getting up and down. Also the pool area could use a little makeover.

I was specting a lot more. Not a pleasant stay. More of a 2 star hotel.

The location is very good

The rooms are old, very bad maintenance, lots of things don’t work.

Beautiful views and amazing rooms!

The property was in an amazing area. We absolutely loved being able to walk into town to find little restaurants and stores that surrounded. We also appreciated the valet and parking garage, we were able to get in and out quickly when we had busy days planned. We also loved how big and comfortable the room was and how big the bathroom was.

The only thing I could complain about is the elevator but that’s not even that big of an issue for me, the hotel was beautiful.

Overall, my stay was convenient, comfortable and reasonably priced.

Very convenient location in a nice area— near restaurants and shops. Sightseeing locations and parks are very close by as well.

Housekeeping suggestion: Have a way for your guest to indicate what they would like done if the rooms are normally cleaned every other day. I had to tell the front desk that I wanted extra hand towels and my trash emptied because the housekeeper left before I got to the door (No disturb sign was not on my door). I did tell the front desk and received the towels and trash was emptied. Concierge: I could never locate one. I am from out of state and would’ve liked it if there was someone was there to answer my questions. The front desk personnel were busy.

Excellent but disappointed with the lack of bar facilities.

Amazing location in the with stunning views and wonderful pool. Huge well equipped suite.

Pricey parking. The bar and restaurant were closed for refurbishment which we were not made aware off until we went to meet friends and found them boarded up. Not advised at check in.

Its in a beautiful area.

No free parking ,no breakfast ,old smell, only one ice machine in the building, the stff lack of knowledge . They don't know enything. Room was clean onece in 3 days. Overal don't recomend.

The worst stay I've had in Miami and it totally ruined my anniversary weekend. Lesson learned

Location in Coconut Grove was the best thing about this experience. Other than that, this would not be a place I would ever stay again or recommend.

The room was horrible and dated. This was our anniversary weekend and anything that could go wrong did. We changed rooms twice within the first few hours of checking in. After a long day and returning only to find more things wrong and a room change was initiated. Upgraded room was a joke and a basic insult. We just had to make the best of the accommodations because they were prepaid, never again! We were only offered one comp day which again was an insult. Stay away from the hype. It's definitely not what you think or expect. I was fooled by the pics.

J always stay here even when Aria was under Sonesta .s name…never had such a very small room…whith a terrible wiew…very noisy..very expensive..(more as 300.’ Whith no service )cover of the toilette broken..very cold people at the front desk..we stay 4 nights’ on smile no hello!!!

Same as above…j don ‘t like any things. In this stay..use to be be very nice friendly.helpfull people before
