the pool

that we couldn’t get any towels and no response from the host! Asked the hotel for roll of toilet paper to get us through till we head out to the store and they couldn’t do that!! no call back to let us know anything so disappointing!!! But we managed to get towels on are own !!!!

NO, NO and NEVER AGAIN

View of the water and location

HORRIBLE experience w/ them harassing me several days prior to the stay for a deposit which they should have gotten when I booked. I asked via text 3 times for them to email me what they needed bc their link didn't work and they never got back to me. I had to call THEM. VERY RUDE front desk person checked us in and seemed annoyed that it was a private residence and not part of the hotel. Then the owner DID NOT tell us the restaurant and bar were both under construction and closed until the end of the year and was super rude when I called to ask why they didn't notify us. She felt she didn't have to tell us and then hung up the phone. Will NEVER stay there again.

Super easy check in process at the front desk with really nice staff. Room was everything you needed, shower awesome, ac worked great, overall a solid hotel for a good price!

I would stay at the property but not with this host.

2 towels and a roll and a half of toilet paper for a 6 nights. One of the lamps did not work at all . The other broken had to be plugged in at the wall. Only 5 or 6 hangers. No cups for water. A coffee maker but no coffee?

Location was ok.

The fact that you have to pay extra just to get clean towels. The price of the stay should include that. 1.face towel in the room when we arrived was unexceptable. I understand they had a washer/dryer at the hotel but you gotta call and get a key for it.

Traumatised

Location of the hotel was good with a nice pool area. The local area was very nice with lots of places to dine out. The train station was a 20 minutes walk away with frequent trains into Miami.

What a shame we had Security issues at the Hotel- during our second night we had an intruder into our suite, at first we thought we were being burgled We are now in a state of shock!!! Later security attend and bring us new door cards and said there had been an error with the key cards. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and a major breach to our security. The next morning we went to the front desk to ensure this has been brought to there attention. They said yes and it was unfortunate and we need to contact SoFla Vacations, which we have done (awaiting a response) We find this situation very unsatisfactory, along with the trauma of the intrusion in the middle of the Night.

This had to be one of the best stays I have ever had… The view was amazing the place itself was greatly decorated and comfortable. I will definitely be returning.

Nice location. Friendly front desk staff. Many good restaurants and cafe within walking distance. Great views.

expensive parking, no hotel type services, pool and jacuzzi closed at 6 pm. The unit we stayed in could use some care, such as properly draining sink & bath tub.

Great stay.

Helpful staff. Great location, close to supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. Clean comfortable apartment. Kitchen.

Clothes washer did not work. No cooking utensils. (pots,pans, etc)

the hotel is in a great location and in walking distance from many places the staff was very helpful with the valet parking and getting our car whenever we needed it the room was just perfect!

Superb

The apartment is in a private residence within a hotel in an amazing location of coconut Easy check in facility and parking available on site, the pool was great and had great views. A super large bed and a great sized bathroom.

The room was small, the floors were in disrepair, the bathroom was disgusting, and the staff was very rude.

I’d like to stay again and see if the above has been corrected.

the location was great! the view was incredible!

I called on the 14th to get new towels because the toilet overflowed and even though I called twice, no towels were ever brought up. I ended up having to buy laundry powder to wash them myself. the sun shade in the bedroom got stuck and wouldn’t unlock. the bedroom toilet didn’t like to refill so I poured water into the reservoir and we used the other toilet. the dryer took 180 minutes to dry our clothes and almost double that to dry the towels.
