Our stay was comfortable and relaxing.

The bathtub was deep and long so I had a wonderful soak. The facility was very quiet. I did not hear our neighbors.

The restaurant was very expensive so we did not eat there. Housekeeping did not rend to our room on our 3rd morning.

Will only stay if guaranteed a non-adjoining room

Great location on the beach. On site restaurant is very good

No sound barrier if you’re in a room with adjoining room. Came back from dinner and room was filled with overpowering smells from food being eaten in adjoining room. Voices carried easily from other room as well.

Great in every respect except the incident in the parkade.

Big one bedroom suite near the beach and the town, lots of restaurants in walking distance. Very comfortable, well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great private patio. Gas fireplace, nice touch.

Low ceiling in parkade damaged my cars lift gate. Will cost me hundreds to repair. Maintenance guy who saw the accident could only say he hoped I had not damaged his pipes. Pointed out the damage to my car as if to say it serves you right. 9 stories and one elevator. Lengthy waits. No remedy to this problem. No other complaints.

The perfect place to celebrate our anniversary!

Our room with kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, was very comfortable with great views. Loved the easy access to the beach and great dining experience!

We had a suite which was excellent to stay in with kids. Great amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff. And though we didn’t make use of it as it was a short stay, I liked that they had beach chairs etc available for you if you needed them. It’s a short walk to the excellent playground as well.

The elevator in the tower was broken during our stay so we had to walk up/down with our bags. We also got a delivery from the restaurant and I was disappointed with the food. Took a long time to arrive, was cold, and fairly tasteless.

Highly recommend.

Great spot to get away and relax. Walking the beach/boardwalk is what relaxation is all about. Staff are always friendly and take gr8 care of you. Resturant is over the top. Food is gr8. This is our go to place when wanting a mid year get a way highly recommend.

I have no complaints at all.

didn’t have a fire pit outside , also when u use booking .com they already charge u for first night, then ur charged for the rest of ur stay so why do u also have to pay a deposit ? it’s crazy

the view was phenomenal! We walked on the boardwalk even though it was chilly it was so nice! Our room was like a little apartment away from home - it was so nice!

i did not find anything wrong at all.

Our stay was as I hoped----a quiet, relaxing mini vacay, and the pool helped.

The kitchen was well equipped, and the whole suite "felt" clean. The view was beach front from the living room and bedroom.

The two living room chairs could have been a little more comfortable.

Amazing weekend getaway!

The room was amazing!! Million dollar view of the ocean. Loved the gas fireplace and an incredibly comfortable bed. We had dinner the restaurant the first night we arrived....the catch of the day was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Kudos to the chef!

Once we had a room changed to a real ocean view room, we had a very enjoyable stay with no complaints

we had to request a room change as what was described as ocean view was actually a very partial ocean view. If you went to the corner and looked out otherwise we looked out onto the trailer park.

a pleasant necessity

the location and amenities are great. Tanya the server in the restaurant was top notch. great vibe.

To me the pool smelled absolutely abysmal, like the worst of urine and chlorine. To be fair my son didn’t feel the same. we had two rooms. Mine was fine and clean. His linens had several head and body hairs in the internal sheets. Tara at the front desk as professional to the point of impersonally cold. apparently my mistake for booking on an app as I was unable to change the reservation from two singles to a suite or some other configuration that allowed adjoining rooms, even by paying an increased price…..:which seems completely mad.
