Perfect place to stay when going to the Avenir Centre.

Stayed here before. Perfect location for going to the Avenir Centre. Rooms are clean, nothing fancy but when all you need is a place to sleep it is perfect.

It was perfectly ok. Maybe some updating but all is good.

Make sure to bring your own towels

Staff were accommodating Least expensive in town

The towels had head hair and PUBIC hair on it. Gross! Also, Wi-Fi does not work. It connects you for around 30 seconds then disconnects again. Then you have to manually reconnect to the Wi-Fi, then you get re-disconnected. It's frustrating.

Hidden gem in the city

Amazing location. Walking distance to watching the World Juniors Hockey tournament. Very friendly staff when checking in. We had a king bed room and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. A great deal for the price and I would definitely stay there again.

Nowhere to put coats or boots when entering the room; no heater in the bathroom so door had to stay open to keep it warm

for the price, the motel met our needs. the location worked well for our stay. The room is dated but we did not find any specific negative issues.

As we were limited on our budget, the location served our purposes.

Tired and run down.

Proximity to highways

Tired, run down facility. They were unable or unwilling to print me a receipt. I found it pretty expensive for the equivalent of an *old* Motel 6 stylea ccommodation.

Very good

Good central location, seemed like minutes to everywhere. I found the bed comfortable my wife did not. Rooms were clean older style room. For me I me enjoyed my stay front desk friendly and helpful.

Loved the location and price. Perfect for our circumstance.Good space in the room. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave appreciated.

This was a return visit for us. There has been some decline in the physical property. Cigarette smoke smell lingered in the room. No fan in bathroom. Sinks both drained slowly. TV was not usable, and when I called and asked for help, it was promised but not delivered. No control over room temperature. Some TLC would go a long way here.

Dirty towels

I found lots of hair on the towels in the bathroom. So we were not able to dry our hands or anything. The room looked clean but we could smell the mold.

The room was very large. Liked sink, microwave and fridge. Also liked the location.

They need a different painter
