It was not as pleasant as I hoped

It was clean and organized

It was not quite .. there was people there on my floor that had a dog that kept barking .. and the TV didn't work for 3 days out if my 5 day stay and I had to fix it my self cause no one ever fixed it for me and they kept calling my room to move my car and even when I moved it they kept calling to ask me what my plate number was which they should know it's attached to the room .. disappointed

Great faculty - i would definitely stay again.

Comfy beds, spacious suite.

I didn’t have an option other than a suite - too much space for single person.

The stay was very good, breakfast was delicious and staff was caring.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful at all times. The coffee at breakfast was exceptional. Overall a very pleasant stay.

I wish there were slippers available in each room.

Disappointing

The staff was fantastic. Front desk, and breakfast staff, are all delightful. Also the courtyard was also very enjoyable. I worked to long in my room and missed breakfast, and a Gal was good enough to put something together for me The staff knew I was not happy about the pool closure. Both the young Gal at the desk offered to transfer me to another property and the fellow(new staff from India; called to let me know they would have it repaired in the am and confirmed I could move it was not

The pool was closed for two days. I work hard, and that is how I relax. When I chose the hotel, that is my number one reason for selecting your facility. I paid forva hotel that listed its amenity and I feel I should have been told it wasn't worded before my trip: I feel I did not get what I paid for: When it did open the side of the pool were dirty: Words were written in the dirt around the water. jesus is scratched in the dirt over the "9" in the shallow end.

a great little getaway!

the pool and breakfast are wonderful. front desk manager was exceptional! she checked on everyone at breakfast from table to table.

didn’t like that the water slide was only open from 5-9. kids were in the pool all day for March break and they should have had it open for this particular week. many families booked the hotel for the pool and water slide. the hot tub needs to be checked - the jets worked randomly.

Only thing worthwhile is the waterslide (if you don't mind a dirty pool)

The water slide in the pool was a highlight, although only open from 5pm -8pm.

The pool not very clean. They had just reopened after being closed for an extended time but there was a very noticeable dirt ring around the pool wall. There was also cobwebs and ants in our room. When we mentioned these things to the staff at the desk, we were dismissed and treated rather rudely.

Pleasant

The breakfast was awesome the pool slide and hot tub were very nice and relaxing.

The cleaning staff was very poor and the room was not clean then got moved to another room to have the same problem any where from vomit in the sink to left over food ain the fridge to dirty sheets then getting locked out of my room 15 minutes before start of my check out time between noon and one pm was not impressed with all that especially for qhat I had to pay for my rom and then they did not even offer a discount or a free night stay nothing . I would probably think twice about staying there again considering it is suppose to be a three star hotel and yet it was like the wayfair motel in guelph the way thi gs were dealt with during my stay.

Exceptional

My stay was so accommodating and that really helps me out with 3 kids, a baby and being disabled. My family enjoyed everything but it was too bad the slide was closed. The shampoo and conditioner were amazing for my hair. Please let me know where I can purchase it.

I like the location and the arrangement of possible activities that make the stay comfortable

negative the fact of having agreed, with the staff of the check in and paid extra for this, a late check out but I was forced to leave two hours earlier than the scheduled time!.

Breakfast was very good. A good selection to choose from. The location was a little out of town.

Sadly the water slide at the pool was out of order and my grandsons were very disappointed.

my stay was good, I do enjoy the faculities

I enjoyed the hot tube, the power went out and wasnt able to use the tube and the breakfast was put on hold but taken away at the regular time.

could have allowed the breakfast to be extended because of the power outage

The waterslide was awesome.

The chlorine in the pool was way too strong. You can tell the pool is not ventilated properly. It was causing everyone to cough and our eyes to burn.
