Clean bed and the room.
The bathrooms are dirty
5.0
The bed sheets were clean and nice. There's a large space with stove, dishes, fridge, microwave, chair, table, iron, and etc. where you can keep, heat and prepare your food, and iron your clothes. Bathroom was OK, but the body wash was finished. I had to use the shampoo.
There are a lot of stairs to the check-in office, and three rows of stairs lead to the rooms. I had two large suitcases. A lady at the register helped me with one of my suitcases to take them down from all those stairs.
The room was in a basement-like floor. I saw that another room was assigned to me when I reached there, but apparently they gave it to someone else who had checked in before me. The room they gave me was beside the stairs, and during the night various people went up and down these stairs to reach the exit (a back door to a yard). The stairs were apparently hollow, whatever the reason there was these annoying thuds all night from the stairs and from ceiling, coming from the room above my head (about 6 rooms are on the ground floor). I didn't have a relaxed, continuous sleep and I had a flight in the morning. I barely had a decent sleep. Most of the night I jumped every 30 minutes. I suggested the owner to use acoustic tiles on the wall of this room for the sake of the resident as it's very annoying to be disturbed by everyone who go up & down the stairs.

there was a bunch of small bugs in the room “maple bugs” which were an annoyance while sleeping. add indicates free breakfast which is just cereal

arrival staff was very hospitable and helpful.
self-catering kitchen facitity -you can cook all your meals here.
free tea/coffee.
it was straightforward to get to, straightforward to get out of town.
it was an okay issue for me as i am hostel style amenities familiar but BE AWARE of the reviews:
facilities are shared -kitchen cooking area, bathroom/shower. and unfortunately for me, the 2nd day of my visit, i returned to find out the city was doing emergency water pipe work that night which lasted in to the next day, so no cooking, no shower, no flushing toilets and brushing teeth w/o h20. this was out of control of the inn and full credit as they did do their best, filling large pails of water prior and offering jugged bottled water beforehand.
what did bug me though was the co-guest experience. the walls are thin and both nights i could hear other guests well in to the night. the first having a loud emotional issue rant and the second night, another group talking loud and late and music coming from somewhere, sounded from the backyard patio facilities.
my feeling is that during tourist summer season, this place caters more to that crowd and during off-season (oct-april), my travel period, there is more of a seasonal worker, transient vibe to this place.
also please note, parking IS tight and not much space (like my room). you will be on a major road artery and will need to turn quickly in to and out of a driveway. bad luck for you during rush hours.
final thing to say is you pay for what you get. i went cheaper and got a less glamorous experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was well maintained. I was able to park in a great location. Good Wifi too!
Some one was talking early in the morning either out my door or window. That was a little annoying.

The location was ok. Not much for parking.
The drinking glasses were filthy. The fan in the bathroom was obviously dusty. I felt uncomfortable wondering what else wasn’t really cleaned. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable.

Friendly staff, beautiful place

Only two washrooms on a floor have to be shared among 10 rooms. The beds weren't comfortable and clean, not even the towels. Definitely do not recommend this for sure.

Did not have breakfast .
No facility should have shared bathrooms in Covid times it was not safe, we finally were able to be offered one bedroom with one bathroom we could share ..as we rented 2 rooms. Was nothing like the webpage portrayed ...cost FAR too much for what they offered....no food in room etc????? We could have booked a fancy hotel where we both could have shared one room for less than this place. Website said $73 per room facility offered $65, ended up paying $188.00 for 2 rooms....Sketchy clients .....only redeeming mention was the staff who was so kind and tried so hard to help us stay when we did not want to.

Very clean! The location is excellent. I like the spacious kitchen and common living room space. Great view from the dining room.
The room is small, but is fair for its price.

The staff were VERY nice and friendly!!!
The walls are very thin so I could hear other guests while in the kitchen in the middle of the night. That was quite unpleasant tbh. I also felt awkward having to share a bathroom but it was okay.

Staff is very lenient in letting you park past your check out time. Very useful when attending RUH
