Pleasant stay

It offered us everything we wanted/expected.

It was on such a busy main road. If you drive in (like us), need to work out beforehand where you can park temporarily for the check-in.

Intéressant mais je m'attendais à mieux...

Belle ambiance feutrée, design original, très tranquille si la chambre donne sur l'arrière du bâtiment, douche merveilleuse et l'autonomie de l'arrivée est appréciée.

La qualité des deux matelas et des oreillers de notre chambre était vraiment décevante pour le prix de la prestation. Aussi, j'ai demandé qu'on me fournisse une simple couverture moins chaude que la douillette épaisse de mon lit et on m'a remis un très petit châle du genre tricot! Ils n'ont pas pu me fournir une bouilloire électrique pour me faire une infusion, alors qu'on nous offre des sachets de tisane dans la chambre!?! Pas de crochets, peu de tablettes ou de mobilier pour installer nos effets effets personnels...

Pleasant stay.

Enjoyed the clean, spacious room. For being within the city, very quiet.

Draw back to any big city, parking. There was a parking garage within walking distance. Parked there and easy to access.

Good

Close to the Old Quebec, but the routes are hills and inclives. From airport, you may take the bus No 80 (50 min approx). The room is large, clean, quick and easy check-in, they send the information with the codes by email at 4:00 pm, you need access the internet.

The floors are very dark, the staff is not friendly

Room didn’t have enough lights. AC didn’t work in the room No shower gel in the room

Disappointed. I decided I wouldnt stay there a second night.

Housekeeping never cleaned, and front staff is unknowledgeable and unhelpful. Also, I had to pay for parking.

front deck staff unaware they were supposed to be working… to busy doing personal things in computer. walked around in sock feet. no acknowledgment as we sat nearby waiting for a car.

Location Could be Everything for a Weekend Away

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is possible to 'stop by' the room to drop off purchases, grab a coat, or just take a quick break while walking around to various parts of the city. While there is no need for a car if you plan to stay in the city - there is PLENTY of parking available. There are 2 garages within 2-3 blocks on the same side of the street of the hotel and 1 garage on the opposite street. I would not park in the lot since there is a lot of traffic and construction on the corner of Charest & Dorchester.

The water for the shower never got hot.

Comfortable, quiet convenient.

Comfortable and quiet. Easy to access the property and room. Decor chic. Location convenient, lots of restaurants minutes away, and a walk to Vieux Quebec City. Bus stop to train station just outside.

Lack of a small kettle and milk for us tea drinkers. Room could have been slightly better on the storage front.

Great for a short stay

Reception was very friendly and welcoming. They were able to accommodate us to check in early in one of the 2 rooms. Room was clean and spacious though the bed was a bit on the soft side. Great to have wooden floor rather than carpet. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Not enough space to hang or store clothes. Bathroom has no hooks to hang bath towels. The vanity is too small.

Cozy bed, quiet area, I was so relaxed!

- The room was large and clean. - Very near to a bus stop(No.80) from the airport.

- I didn't want to open the curtain because could see each other from the room in the next building.
