Very comfortable stay.

The Grab and Go Breakfasts were good but I hope the buffet breakfast will come back post-pandemic. Rooms and bed were excellent.

The room's toilet was a little low. I am so used to elongated, chair height toilets that when I use one that isn't it becomes uncomfortable. I hope BW will install these types of toilets when they renovate the bath rooms of their rooms. The toilet was also a little hard to flush.

Good stay

Old style hotel in Kingston not so far from the city center. Fireplace in the room was super appreciated and created a superbe atmosphere. Staff kind and friendly. Good complimentary breakfast

Quaint, clean and comfortable

Nice hotel, the rooms were clean and comfortable. It is an older hotel, quite quaint. Breakfast was good with a good choice of food. The only negative is that there are no lifts. We were en-route back to the airport and it was no fun lugging four suitcases plus backpacks up the stairs.

This is where we will always stay when we come to Kingston.

The bed was very comfortable and the large room lovely. The Toms Place ambience food and drinks were also great. Staff from top to bottom were exceptional.

The updates on booking.com did not make it to the hotel, so guest checking in didn't have their names on the booking's I had made.

Nice accomodation for a short stay in Kingston.

Rooms were cozy and clean. The outside pool was great for having a quick break and cool down in between activities. The breakfast offered lots of choices, from fruits over cereals and fresh waffles to sausages.

We had nothing major to complain about. Tiny thing: at breakfast, plates and cutlery could benefit from better cleaning.

Nothing. I liked nothing about this hotel

Everything. The fireplace is not a working fireplace so don't advertise the rooms as such. The food in both restaurants was awful. The bed was the most uncomfortable I had ever slept in. The housekeeping staff were incredibly loud every morning and the front desk guy was rude

Tom's place was great. Hotel brkfst sucked.

The breakfast was horrible. We went down around 9am. It was cold. Potatoes were soggy. I asked fir a glass of milk, he said milk us there in jug. It was warm

Location is great, and the rooms were nice.

Breakfast food selection wasn't great for people with food sensitivities. I can't eat gluten, eggs, pork ... and the offerings fell into these categories. Thank goodness for fruit salad!! I checked the tea, and it is fortunately guaranteed gluten free. The staff were unable to tell me what was in the hash brown potatoes, so I couldn't eat that either. An allergy/ingredient listing for all foods would be immensely helpful for anyone with food allergies, etc. Offering a gluten free cereal, while not a fave food of mine, would be good too. Fortunately, I brought GF granola and a container of almond milk with me.

Great for overnight stay on road trip

It can be difficult choosing chain style motels, but this one was great. The room was well appointed and comfortable. Restaurant on site and breakfast more than we expected. Staff all friendly and helpful. Recommended.
