Overall, the stay was well even after a few mishaps. Staff was very understanding and cooperative.

Breakfast was great!!

There were a few leaks in the floor not very sure where it was coming from, causing the carpet to have a huge wet spot in the middle of the bathroom area. Living room sink wouldn’t drain, and the shower in the bathroom wouldn’t stop running after being shut off. We were moved to another room and everything was good. Overall, the stay was well even after a few mishaps. Breakfast was great!!

We're happy would like to see room renovations.

We liked the design of the property and the suite, good for sleeping, and the refrigerator/wetbar was a value. The location was walking distance to many good food choices and shopping, the room was quiet, and the employees were genuinely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was full and tasty - we really liked the fruit choices.

This property is "long in the tooth". Well past major renovation in the rooms. Many well worn items like the sink and couch, a shower that did not want to turn off. Shows it's age.

Look somewhere else

The only thing I liked about this place was the location.

The cleanliness, staff, whole placed smelled, hazardous, only one working elevator, active leaking roof. What they advertise you may or may not get we got a taped up room that was falling apart. I'm asthmatic they advertise non smoking room we very obviously got a roo. That was smoked in with that burn on the tub im asthmatic and the whole hotel smelled. I contacted the property to try an have this rectified with no resolve we pid almost 500$ for a broken down room and half their stuff actually working

Will Book Again - Despite It All

I loved the location and ease of check-in and check-out.

The elevator was broken the full stay and there was poor air circulation in the building.

Hotel was everything except for cleanliness and the staff

Oh, I love the lobby. They have lemonade and cookies waiting for you when you get there breakfast was great fancy table, and napkins to sit down and eat your breakfast. I. Also love different options in the room for my family to sleep that had a balcony. I love the bathroom because it had separate tub and shower and free parking free Wi-Fi. The pool area was great as well.

I did not like that. The bedroom had no privacy to the front room the room and double doors with glass, but there was a paper thin she curtain that covered the glass, but you can see right through them. Also DY McQueen is on the room and wear and tear in the carpet, I asked for the week staff to clean the room. They never came the whole weekend. I was there. The only time they came is when I requested towels. Some of the hotel staff wasn’t friendly, very rude and not helpful at all.

Great place to stay staff friendlrooms are cleaned

The room was very clean. Breakfast was great we didn’t stay for lunch. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I’ll book again.

Terrible

Room had ants from the previous guest and there were alot of them. I called to the front desk to get a room change or someone up there to spray and nobody ever came. This is very disturbing as a Diamond member. You couldn’t even throw trash away in the room because the ants would be all over it. Horrible stay!!!

All Hiltons Aren't Equal

Location and that breakfast was available.

The room was super small and temp stayed at 72 degrees no matter what we did to the thermostat. The pull out bed was old, thin and every spring could be felt. This place's best years seem behind it as far as the rooms are concerned. It's like no Hilton I've stayed at before. The cook stopped serving omelets at 830am 1 day so we couldn't order. We came early the next day for him to tell us the omelet station isn't available on weekends. Next time we'll choose Embassy Suites similarly priced but way better on experience.

Overall the room was good but the hot tub not working was very disappointing

The room was really nice

My whirlpool suite hot tub didn’t not work and the jets had old rose petals in them that came out during use.

Worth a repeat!

I like the spaciousness of the room.

One of the elevators didn't work and neither did the ice machine. We stayed on the 5th floor so 1 elevator and no ice machine was a bit of an inconvenience.

Wonderful

It was clean my room was so nice. In I love my upgrade also the bed was so relaxing. I was sleep for a whole day.

The breakfast was to high didn’t eat there when I stay $19 for adults in $13 for kids. Was alittle to high for me

Very frustrating and disappointing

The area is the best part about it and it’s a great place for my fiancé and I to visit

I have never had a problem with the way the property nor the staff but this last time we were there I was charged $60 extra dollars for a reason I was never told for and the staff did nothing to help me with understanding what was happening with my credit card and I was basically just brushed off as if it wasn’t a big issue and it was very frustrating to have to deal with this situation because the staff overcharged me twice. So I called the corporate office to complain about how I was treated. My fiancé doesn’t have any desire to stay anywhere else but the Hilton however I would like to not ever go through the hassle with a couple of staff members who are not there to do the job they were hired to do.

The room was amazing

I wasn't told there was a deposit and the room was already paid for I and my two children had to figure out how to get the money for it before they would give us our room card. I was luckily able to figure out something but we were exhausted after driving 6 hours and we were ready for bed..
