Location
There was no heater in the room.. we had to go out and purchase a space heater to warm the room. The front desk told me someone was coming to check the unit and to date I still haven’t heard anything from them. There was a group of people smoking marijuana in front the building. The furniture was cracked and peeling. Faucet dripped constantly, disturbing a peaceful nights sleep

Location and nice staff
Air didn’t work in original room but the staff didn’t mind changing us to another unit. The rooms could’ve been a little more clean though. Also all the lighting didn’t work.

The hotel was great. Location was right across the street from the Perimeter mall so there were a ton of dining options nearby. The facility was beautiful and the staff was very friendly.
The only downside was that the chairs in the room seemed to be old or just needed replacing. The leather was peeled and crumbly so I made sure not to sit on those.

The property is in a great location minus the traffic backups and all the construction going on making it difficult to get off the highway to actually get
there. But it’s a nice hotel but needs a lot of work
First disappointing was I did not receive the exact room I paid for which was the 900sqft One King Bed Suite. instead I got 2 King Beds so that cut down the extra space I could have had in the bedroom. Next since
we checked in super late it was the worst room in the hotel. Bedroom tv didn’t work and maintenance never came to fix it. Bathroom toilet didn’t flush half the time and the bathroom room sink kept getting stopped up and when finally drained disbursed some black crud…gross. The room is great size separate living and bedroom but there is no kitchenette. No sink no microwave no mini fridge. The decor
was so so but furniture had scratches and stains it definitely needs to be updated and replaced. Pool was nice size but only had an outdoor pool. Restaurant on site and a cozy patio to sit outside with a huge fireplace. It stays fully booked I’m guessing because it has several banquet/meeting areas for weddings and meetups. I will never book here for a stay again until they fully renovate. But I do love the Perimeter area and have booked several suites in various locations. Lots to do and eat and drink!!!

Alles in allem, top!!
There was nothing much to complain about. Everything was great. My sincere thanks to the hotel staff who went above and beyond to make the guests feel comfortable.

Room and breakfast were nice.
Reply to hotel response below:
The reception confirmed breakfast was included and would not be charged. The billing went directly through the hotel. Hotel charged my credit card, not third party.
While you took the effort to respond to this negative review, still no reply to the multiple direct messages in Booking.com. I even reached out through the main Marriott website and they promised you would get back to me, which still hasn't happened. You clearly want to deflect and avoid acknowledging fault on your side, and avoid talking and resolving the issue directly with me.
Stay away from this hotel, bad customer service!!

Got charged for breakfast, even though it was included in my booking. Asked staff at reception at checkout to confirm that breakfast was not charged on my final bill, they confirmed. When receiving digital invoice however breakfast was charged. Have sent several messages through Booking to the hotel to follow up on this issue but hotel does not respond within a few days (or at all so far). Very disappointed.

The reason for the 5 stars was the great customer service. We didn't have wash cloths in the room & they immediately brought them down, we got locked out & they got us back in fast, and they were able to get our breakfast issue & check in issue situated because we'd booked through a travel site so it didn't show we'd already paid or paid for breakfast. The other reason for the 5 star was the bed. That was the absolute best nights of sleep I've ever had. The bed was soft, the comforter was cooling and the pillows were amazing. The location was great too. Right across from the mall
I'm glad we included breakfast with the booking because it costs$20 for a very limited buffet that only tasted ok. Also, it was $20 a night to park my car on the property and for as expensive as the hotel was, it should've been included.

The property was very beautiful and clean. Food was perfect in every way. Chris food is the best.
The check out was the worse. They ran my card for the full payment and in the middle of my sleep
The next morning the front desk was blowing up my hotel phone at 10 am. Check out was at 12 noon. I had just went to sleep at 12 am from corporate meetings all day in Atlanta. When I went downstairs because the phone kept ringing the front desk girl told me that they tried to charge my card and it didn’t work. I showed her that the hotel took the payment last night ( showed her my account) she said oh that’s the deposit. The deposit for my stay was $100 but $243 was taken off. So I asked what were they charging. She said $215. I asked why that means I’m paying for two days since I booked on booking.com for $143 one night. She said the price they ran was deposit. This whole time she had a attitude. I was a employee at one of they hotels so I tried to explain to her that wasn’t right, she said so are you going to pay! I said no because y’all not making me pay twice. I then called the corporate office to ask for a mailed copy of the stay. They started calling the room again while I was talking to corporate. The lady on the corporate line informed me to ask for the manager and the manager finally told her front desk employee that all I owed was $42 for dinner. This made it the worse morning with still no rest. I left and went to another hotel and my company stopped using this hotel. Maybe in a different city it’s better but this one employee made sure I didn’t rest which was not even worth the money I spent to stay the night.

The bar, the location
I was supposed to receive a “free upgrade “ to a king suite. This first time I stayed here the room was so spacious and well appointed that I was very impressed and decided to book again through booking.com. Before I booked a regular king room so when I was upgraded to a king suite I was super excited. My fiancé and I checked in and I made sure to ask the lady who worked at the front desk if I was receiving an upgrade to the king suite and she confirmed that. When we got up to the second floor room which was supposed to have a private entrance (but didn’t) I was immediately disappointed. The small sitting room was nowhere near as big, had two very small chairs instead of a sofa, a smaller tv, and smelled like urine. It had no dining table like the last room either. So I was immediately disappointed. The bathroom looked as if it had yet to be upgraded and didn’t offer the same accommodations. The bedroom area had a larger tv and a desk but they were stuffed into a small room which barely left any space. This was definitely not the upgraded room I was promised. I was also charged a 120.00 deposit as opposed to the 100.00 deposit for the last (better) suite. Due to it being an “upgraded suite “. I was really disappointed and wanted to change rooms but was told I would need to talk to booking.com. We were exhausted and decided to just deal with it later. I am a genius member and I hope someone can help me with this, as I feel some mistake was made. I will stay here again if I can be promised the same accommodations as before but I honestly feel ripped off for 300.00. I’m very disappointed and I hope you guys can help me with this somehow. I use booking.com for all of my hotel needs. I travel constantly for my business and I prefer 4 star, upscale accommodations. I will definitely appreciate

I really enjoyed the large room, location, and ambience.
The breakfast buffet was not all that quality and therefore overpriced.

The location was great.
We were only given 2 towels and housekeeping never came and gave us new ones. We also were not able to use the pool around 8:30 pm because the lights were not working and we were told maintenance had other things to work on that were more important. It was too dark and dangerous to be out there

The size of the room
The room wasn't clean to my satisfaction. Old peeling furniture in the living room.

It was located near the perimeter mall as well as restaurants. The bed was pretty comfortable.
The cable did not work and wasn’t fixed when I repotted it. The shower drain was broken. There were Smears along the mirror and the AC made odd noises.

Nothing, phone didn’t work at all, bathroom was dirty and tub paint was cracking off bad. I asked them to service the room and instead of giving us fresh liens, they hurried and ran up to our room before we made it off the elevator, and re-made the bed up with the same used liens. Nasty AF, and instead of showing good customer to a upset guest that they lied to, they was argumentative. Never will I book here again..

This is the only hotel we will stay at when in Atlanta and has been for many years. The rooms are so welcoming, the beds and pillows are so comfortable. There is nightly entertainment at the bar located in the lobby. The Staff is very professional and friendly. There is plenty of choice for dining as well right across the street, fast food to fine dining.
If I had to find anything to complain about it would be that there is no refrigerator in the rooms.
