What stay ? I was cancelled!

Unfortunately l was cancelled just before my stay which left me scrambling for alternate accommodations on short notice, l wound up paying double what l would have paid at Anna’s. then to add insult to injury l was charged by Booking.com even though Anna’s told me they had alerted Booking.com of the cancellation. Then neither party would respond to my complaint. I strongly recommend not staying there. No lies ,they did this to me and have my money and seem to have no interest in returning it!

Exceptional

Everything. The place was nicely and neatly kept. The room was spacious and clean. We stayed only one night but it was very comfotable.. The breakfast was very good. Staff and the owner were very friendly and helpful. Recommend this place for anyone who is looking to stay in Niagara.

Very good

Breakfast could be a little richer. But it was tasty. Rosanna, who made the breakfast was very nice and friendly. The place was very clean and quiet.

The parking was small and narrow. It was difficult to park the car in the back area.

Good for the price but not for clean freaks

Breakfast was only available 9-10am so we missed it … the price for what we got was 10/10. Location is amazing.

Duvet and sheets dirty and stained but we assumed as much for the price we paid. No tV as remote wasn’t working and no one on site to help make the tv work. They told us to use the downstairs tV but other guests were using it

We enjoyed our stay at Anna's B&B. The rooms are cozy, inn keeper is very nice, it's quite close to Niagara falls, 15 min walk only. We would highly recommend this place. Thank you for your hospitality.

Perfect for a short and sweet stop!

Great service and comfort for the value. The breakfast was varied and abundant, the beds were clean, the showers warm and with a great pressure. The staff was very nice and flexible. After 9 hours of driving, and 7 more ahead, Anna’s B&B was a great way to recharge batteries and energy. Very recommended for families who are looking for a place to stay the night to see the Falls.

Exceptional

I loved everything about our stay. Breakfast was great and the hosts were soooo accommodating. Aside from hot bfast, there were also a bunch of cereal and beverage choices. Very convenient as they have a code lock so you can check in anytime! ( we arrived at 2 in the morning and did not have any problems getting into the building) Thank you tita and tito! If ever I am back in Niagara, I'll for sure choose to stay there again! ❤️❤️❤️

Very good stay at Anna's BnB!

The place was easy to locate, close to the Falls and nearby restaurants. The place is very clean, including our room and washroom and has comfortable homey atmosphere. Breakfast was hot and good. The lady who served was very friendly. The parking was small but okay. Definitely recommend this place!

Cute, but it was very cold at night.

The location was great, the room was clean, and the breakfast staff went above and beyond for us! The cook cooked what we ordered.

The heat in the house wasn’t working. We arrived close to midnight and the temperature in the house was very uncomfortably cold. The thermostat is central to the whole house. We tried changing the temperature but it didn’t work as it looked like it was already trying to heat up, but it didn’t. It was a very cold night for us and not enough blankets. Other people we saw in the breakfast room complained about the same issue. In the morning it looked like the house was heating to a higher temperature but no heat was coming out, I am pretty sure it wasn’t working. So unfortunately, because of this issue, our stay wasn’t as pleasant as it could have been.

Thin walls and tight parking

The location was fantastic

The walls were very thin and we could hear everyone else in the facility. Also the parking was not great. If anyone had a bigger car than an SUV, we wouldn't have been able to fit in our assigned spot.

Nice house in good location

In walking distance from the falls and city center. Nice house in quiet neighborhood.

Only thing I missed was milk. There are teas and coffee and cereals available in the kitchen, but no milk, only this powdered creamer.

Very good

Very nice small inn. In residential neighborhood. Only 7 rooms. The room was big and comfortable with sofa and big TV. American Breakfast not our style and no vegetarian options.. but richer then most places. The location is OK if not planning to go out at night. 5 minutes drive from attractions

exelent place for the price and very close to Niagara falls .

Great breakfast, it was prepare at the moment I got at the dining room . I had a cup of great coffe with milk, also orange juice. they have some cereal . The most important , it was the attention giving by the Hostess and Host.

We had a pleasant stay in this exceptionally clean B & B.

Piam went out of his way to meet our needs. The breakfast was pretty good, although the first morning it was served a bit late. I'm certain that it was not due to any oversight by Piam. Very good value. We would stay at "Anna's" again.

Great spot but I would upgrade your AC system

Great location. Was able to check in early when we got there. Noce staff.

No ice available. Bed was a little hard. No way to change temp and was a little hot at night. No choice in breakfast. No one told us what was being served.

We were very happy with our stay and would recommend it to friends and family.

It was a 15 minute walk from the main strip which was a bit tiring at the end of the day. We wanted to go back to the falls in the evening to see the lights but felt too tired to make the walk again. The breakfast was good. I would just suggest not to serve hotdogs in replacement of breakfast sausage. It mentally cheapens the plate. It’d be better to just stay with bacon if sausage isn’t available.
