Location
Beds were very old I thought it was going to break on us. Rooms were dirty. Rooms need renovation. Shower head did not work. Shower did not drain. Breakfast wasn’t anything good. Pool is not heated. Not worth the money. I don’t recommend it.

I liked the location, the man in the reception was nice to us showing us several rooms for our convenience, the madam in the breakfast service was welcoming.. I liked room service, clean, parking, tv.
I found 2 different types of insects in my bedroom 213!
The pillows are high so wasn't comfortable for the whole family.
Nothing delicious in the breakfast to enjoy my vacation!
The pool is not kids friendly! On top of that they don't offer lifejacket.
I didn't like the bathroom style that the sink is separated from the toilet.
I wished the Jacuzzi worked.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Check in and out was easy. Beds were comfortable enough.
The carpets are gross in the room. Although clearly vacuumed, they are stained and very dirty in appearance.
Breakfast was mediocre at best. Only hard boiled eggs, " beef sausages" were hot dogs, pork sausages, could have been any mystery meat. It was definitely not worth a 185 dollars a night.
There is a sign in the bathroom saying to expect a 3-5 minute wait for hot water as heater is at the other end of the hotel. Not the most convenient.

The accessibility to amenities (restaurants, the Falls) was handy. Nothing fancy and a little run down but it was clean and had the basics for washing and sleeping. For the price, this was just fine.

Free parking, access from the balcony.
Small bathroom. No house keeping (we stayed 2 nights). Payment was at check in. The AC of adjacent room was facing our balcony and was very noisy..

It's a bit far from the waterfalls but still ok

Good room space and bus right directly in front of hotel to attractions.
Breakfast was hot dogs and boiled eggs and one of our towels had a blood stain.

The inn looks really nice! I love how it looks architecturally. Parking was free and there was enough space available.
We were informed that on the weekend, it would be buffet breakfast. But when we were there on Sunday morning, I asked why we were given packed breakfast and were told the chef was sick. We should have been options on Saturday night on the kind of breakfast we wanted, and we should have been informed that we were going to get packed breakfast.

Breakfast, adding a piece of fruit would be nice
All nice

Clean overall with all the essentials, including a mini-fridge in the room and a microwave oven in the hall. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Our room was in the back of the building, so we were not bothered by the street traffic. Abundant and adequate breakfast provided. Comfortable bed.
There was carpet on the floor, which is a bit outdated. The screen door was broken and the balcony door was hard to slide due to lack of maintenance.

My visiting sister and I stayed here with our grandkids over the holidays. The place was good. The kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast arrangement was great. Thank you to the restaurant staffer who allowed us to stay past the 10 am cutoff.
We rented 2 rooms for 3 days. Left the rooms in impeccable condition (I always do that), then in our haste to leave, one of the kids accidentally packed one of the room keys.
We checked out at 11:41 am, then at 1:13 pm we found out they charged my credit card $500 for the key, which startled me because if that had been mentioned when checking out, I would have dumped everyone's luggage right there and searched EVERYWHERE for that key.
As it turned out, the key was found when the kids unpacked their luggage. So I drove back to NF from Toronto to return 2 days later. The Asian girl at the desk looked up the file repeatedly after making a phone call and didn't seem eager to return the $500.
This part of our experience took the positive out of the enjoyment we had. I could not return to this hotel for this reason unless they got a better key system or policy.

My 85 year old mother stayed here through the holidays. They were very accommodating with the bad weather. Always helped my mother to the door and offered to bring breakfast to her room so she didn't have to go outside. She was also given a very nice manicure set as a Christmas gift.
There are only 2 steps outside, both in front and in back but neither one has a railing.

Location was perfect for what I was looking for. I was travelling with my young child to visit family and wanted a quiet, clean, safe, place to sleep. Its a little removed from the busy/loud touristy area which is exactly what I wanted.
The pool was a bit cold for my liking but my daughter swam and enjoyed it.

I stayed here for several times and was always very happy with my stay. The rooms are big and clean, staff is friendly and helpful. There is ample of parking space.

The location and price were great compared to other hotels in the area and we did have enough beds for our larger family of 6. For a one night stay, it was okay. The staff were polite and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel air was moldy/damp and the rooms were similar. I had a reaction (sore throat, headache) and as soon as I left it went away. We were disappointed that it took so long to get breakfast and wish there were a little more options than cheerios, toast, and one waffle machine for 40 people. We probably wouldn't stay again for those reasons.

Fullerton Manor has a old-school, castle-like vibe. The beds are super comfortable and rooms are big.

The rooms were clean and spacious. That's it, I didn't like anything else about the stay. It was a bit of a nightmare really
We arrived at 1pm after driving from Muskoka for 4 and a half hours with 2 kids (5 and 13). We couldn't check in until 3pm with no option of an early check in offered so we drove down to the falls which is about a 15 minute drive away. We spent the day at the falls and had a fantastic time. At approximately 9pm we drove back to the hotel so we could check in. We had 2 rooms booked as we were a party of 7, we were told one of the rooms wouldn't be ready for 30 mins as it had a plumbing problem in the bathroom. The next part was my fault as we were staying with family in Muskoka we hadn't brought our passports with us to check in. After 30 seconds of back and forth explaining I couldn't provide it I remembered I had a photo of my passport on my phone so suggested showing this which was reluctantly accepted. The chap on the front desk asked me to send the photo to an email address which I did and then when he opened it decided it was too blurry in one of the corners. So we were back to square one. He made a call to who I assume was his boss and then came back and accepted my partner's English driving license as proof of identity (something he refused at first). So that was hurdle 1 overcome. Next he asked for a credit card in case of any damages, I explained I don't physically own a credit card and only have debit cards, something else which he couldn't accept. Instead of the $100 holding fee he required $200 as it had to be in cash (no idea why the increased amount). I didn't have any cash on me so had to use the ATM in the building, I withdrew the cash at a crappy exchange rate and an extortionate transaction fee and handed it over. He then started inspecting the cash like it was fake and said he hadn't seen this kind of note before. After a short inspection he decided it was ok and we finally got into our room.
