Pleasurable

The service was slow but the food was tasty and hot.

The bath could have a grab bar. It took a bit of fiddling to get the Keurig to work.

Friendly and supportive staff. Great location. Great room with a lovely view. Helped us celebrate a special occasion.

We loved the location.

The view was amazing. staff was accomodating. everyone was very nice.

booking.com screwed up the reservation, and creating multiple bookings. We had sort out the double booking and extend the first booking. lucky they had rooms. it was a nuisance.

Beautiful location with a great restaurant on the water. Wish we would have had a water view.

Wonderful, relaxing stay at a beautiful resort!

The location was amazing! My daughter and I stayed for a much needed girls' weekend. We had a room overlooking the lake. The trolley stopped right at the resort and took us all the way down to the park and the bridge. We rented kayaks two mornings of our stay right at the docks in front of the resort. The on-site restaurant was perfect! We ate there twice.

The resort was in the process of updating but it didn't really bother us at all.

Lovely spot by the water, restaurant was great. Room was spacious.

Had a room big enough for six- 3 of us booked in to share that room. Coffee supplied for 2- cups and glasses only 2 - no or milk/creamer no sugar or tea.

Pretty view from the patio. Breakfast was good but the potatoes were amazing! New potatoes. Delicious.

Disappointing to say the least…

There wasn’t much considering Your security is lacking you need to have your security cameras recording instead of just streaming live to the check-in desk so when your customers are accosted in your stairwell there is evidence of it. Why have cameras in the first place if not to be recording it makes absolutely no sense. Shame on your so-called Prestige name for not offering a safe and secure building…

I have stayed at this hotel every year for the past few years......this year I was told I could not as my credit card did not have enough room on it, even though I paid the whole amount up front for the room and a deposit.....very poor customer service.....outrageous really.....all you had to do was look up the multiple times I stayed there to see my reputation as a costumer.....I will never recommend the Prestige line of hotels ever again and will go out of my way to make sure that people I know do not choose this brand of hotels

Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Food and drinks were delicious. Staff helpful. The room was large with comfy beds

City view was just construction equipment. The property will be beautiful once remodel is finished.
