Decor was nice, beautiful art on the walls. Updated and clean
Stayed 3 nights. Breakfast was the same each day and not very good. Room didn’t have any glasses for water or ice bucket.

The room itself was nice with a great view. Fun to see the cruise ships pass and walking distance to lots of things.
The room was really hot and we felt the lack of AC. We needed to keep the windows open for some hope of cooler air so we were subject to a lot of street noise and door slamming.

Comfortable place to stay.Good location .
When we arrived to check in at 9pm had no record of our confirmed booking and the hotel was fully booked! A very resourceful young woman named Jade very kindly phoned around and found us a room. Also found one for the friends we were travelling with who had also booked with booking.com.
Breakfast was not good.

What a lovely place to stay. The rooms were comfy and teally clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Close to everything. We had at dinner at the hotel and it was one of the best dishes I have had visiting Canada. Awesome stay.
Nothing.

Excellent location with easy access to the town centre and the hi way.
There is a fire door in the accommodation corridor that is held open with a small sand bag type item.
The door obviously makes a noise when accessing rooms, but it should NOT be held open.

I could hear someone in next room being sick. Rooms weren"t totally sound proof

Did not have much of a Varity of food 2 types of cereal one meat choice one fruit choice. I have celiac so just had tea :(
Did not know elevators didn't work until arrived and hot tub. Could hear people all night coming up the stairs and closing the door. My back hurt so much from all the stairs I was very disappointed. The beds where not comfortable and made a lot of squeaking when moving.

everything, no elevator, no dinner service on Sunday, someone tried to get in our room, noisy could not sleep well. The buffet was lacking food, muffin as hard as a rock. Only went one day to buffet.
