I had a great stay and will be back next time I’m in Del Mar

Just ok.

The location was somewhat convenient especially for those going to the track. There were nice shopping areas near by. Good walking trails and it was for external activities a nice place.

The room was not clean when I got there. The shower had so much hair in the shower it was absurd. It was dingy and there was what looked like a blood stain on the curtains and this was the “presidential suite”. It was on the first floor which was not stated on the site and for a woman traveling this is important when making booking decisions. The room had those Zeno bug traps in the outlets which was tacky in my opinion. The bed wasnt’ very comfortable and everything was rather old and dingy. Definitely not worth the price I paid.

- Отсутствовала микроволновка в номере, что бы разогреть еду ребенку пришлось спускаться вниз к рецепшену, - платная вода в номере по 7 долларов за бутылку, будьте осторожны, - не хватало столика хотя бы на 2-х. Был офисный стол с одним офисным креслом и все. - платная парковка 30$ за ночь, даже для гостей отеля - отсутствие прачечной

Great value, awesome outdoor areas and hottub, good location. 5 stars!

Everything. This hotel was beautiful, well located, and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful, they even gave our puppy a toy when he came to say hello. Very pet friendly but super clean, huge pool with awesome hot tub and outdoor fire pits. Located right off the freeway for easy access, but still far enough to be very quiet, and it offered good parking. Beds were super comfortable and bathroom was spacious. Seriously no complaints.

They charged $30 for self parking! Did not see this in description or would have gone elsewhere as not that special. Staff half friendly. Refrigerator in room was noisy and didn't work.

Won't stay there again - not sure I'll use booking.com again.

Property was clean and pool area nice

I upgraded to a room with patio or balcony. I was given a room without that and before the valet could unload our luggage, I called the front desk and was given a terrible time about changing my room - receptionist blamed booking.com and even though I could show her the rez she wouldn't change the room - finally someone else did and comped us a breakfast. BE AWARE THAT IF YOU DRIVE A CAR HERE, NOT ONLY WILL YOU BE CHARGED $30 A NIGHT FOR PARKING, BUT THE HOTEL IS ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE FAIRGROUNDS AND RACE TRACK - TO REACH THE LEFT OR RIGHT TURN (FROM THE OTHER DIRECTION) TOOK OVER AN HOUR - NOT KIDDING - ALL ENTRANCES TO HOTEL WERE BACKED UP ONTO FREEWAY BOTH DIRECTIONS AND SIDE STREETS. If you use booking.com make sure you have your rez number AND pin number - otherwise you won't be able to reach anyone if you have trouble.

The location was good, the room had good design.

The rooms need upgraded, also deep cleaned. A lot of spider webs, chipped paint, the shower head was rusty. The pack n play had a hole in it and was pretty dirty, didn’t even want my baby to lay in it.

Superb

I like the room it is very clean. A clean room is one of the most important criteria for a hotel. I was worried about the dust on the ground if I walk in room without any shoes or slipper, they will stick on my feet. But I didn't feel it, that's the part I love. The room I booked is for two people, but I travel alone so it was very comfy for me.

There's nothing I don't like about it. The hotel meets its star rating.

The location was great, beds were comfortable

The front desk staff were really aloof and rude, plus loud bar next to check in area didn’t help matters. The rooms are outdated, halls smelled like someone sprayed cheap perfume in excess. I guess they don’t have to try hard when you have a good location.
