Localização, transfer hotel aeroporto

Do terrível atendimento do motorista do transfer aeroporto - hotel. Esse motorista , oriental, aparentemente origem chinesa, careca e forte, não auxiliou em nada para acomodar as malas no micro onibus, os passageiros do solo, é que tem que erguer as malas até o piso do bagageiro do veículo. Para retirar as malas no hotel, também são os passageiros é que fazem o maior esforço para descarregar as malas. Tenho 78 anos, magro, 1,63 e minha filha uma jovem franzina de 1,58 , 50 kg, cansados da viagem, tivemos que fazer um esforço sobrenatural para carregar, descarregar 4 malas de 23 kg e uma de 15 kg, para o hotel. Quando nos deslocávamos para a recepção do hotel, esse motorista me cercou, gritando ,para exigir a sua gorjeta, o que obviamente neguei devido o seu péssimo serviço prestando. Esse indivíduo não satisfeito veio gritando conosco até chegarmos à recepção. Mesmo fazendo o chek in ele ficou do nosso lado, reclamando. Ao contrário, no tranfer hotel - aeroporto, uma senhora muito simpática e prestativa, carregou e descarregou sozinha todas as malas. Obviamente também demos uma boa gorjeta com todo o prazer. Na ida da minha viagem, também me hospedei nesse mesmo hotel e foi tudo perfeito, no entanto não tenho mais coragem de retornar.

An excellent place to stay between a long haul international flight and a lengthy national flight.

Very close to Burlingame which is a good place to visit to spend some extra time between flights. There is a nice boardwalk with easy access from the hotel which has a good view of the Golden Gate Bridge and surrounding area. The dining room serves a simple but acceptable evening meal.

Location and staff make up for the hotel shortfalls.

We loved the location and the staff. The front desk people and the bartenders were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The location was great and we used the hotel as a base to go into San Francisco, Carmel and Mjuir Woods.

The room was "tired". The curtains were falling off the rail when we arrived. No cleaning was done during our 3 night stay. Not sure if that is normal but we received no notification about that.

The room was fine. The location was terrible. The second floor window looked at the entrance to the parking garage, easily the worst location in the hotel. I was too tried after an international flight to request a different location, and it was only overnight. Flying out the next morning.

Amazing! Best I've had!

It was close to the Airport which was what we needed before we were to fly out. This was also the first Hilton that served food cheaper for the kids. They also gave us cookies and they chased us down so my kids could pick out a little toy.

The only downfall was a couple things. First traveling with kids I wish there was a pool. Second was the construction happening around the hotel. I feel there should of been a warning.

Nothing lived up to our expectations and Hilton is clearly no better than a cheap motel chain

Furnishings were badly in need of replacement - all badly marked -staff in bistro abrupt - kept telling us we couldn’t sit at any of the tables because they were dirty - even offered to clean one myself so we could sit down

Housekeeping at 8 am asking us when we were checking out. I was still asleep. Very dirty and no real plugs. Not even enough ugs for the lamps in room. Everything was in bad shape too including wall fixtures.

OK spot for airport access; comfortable rooms

Location was good, room was nice, comfortable.

they are renovating which is understandable, but nothing on their site mentioned this so the pics of the restaurant and bar were misleading - they had converted two meeting rooms into the restaurant. Also parking was 40 per day which seems excessive. Also high speed internet was an extra fee.

Superb

like room a lot, a lot of space, good fitness, like table a lot. I am very appreciated to this hotel. like filtered water a lot!!!

we dont know how to go to this hotel from the airport at first (I think it provides information for me, but somehow I don't remember it or something else, be we know shuttle bus from hotel to airport because we ask it. I recommend you to message how to when booking time is near.

updated review now brings are broken, we called for a new comforter for the King bed, they brought us a full, so I had to call again for the right size, then THAT comforter was dirty! this place is DISGUSTING. pic is of new comforter they brought us
