Location to the airport
Good car parking spot
They gave a hard time to locate my reservation to my guest..I booked it for my friend and it was a gift.
4.0
Good location, value, friendly staff
Was not aware of a $20 overnight parking fee, caught me by surprise, parking is open and there were plenty of spots, unnecessary charge

Location is near SFO airport. Clean and serene place. There is a small river besides which is good for morning/evening walks.
Staff in general was friendly , except for one lady at reception who had frowned when my niece went to drop a baggage at concierge (perhaps she didn't like we had too many bags for her liking)

Spacious room, clean
$20 for parking was nuts
3.5
The location and price.
Breakfast. My recommendation is to make breakfast buffet for $15-$20 including everything.

Breakfast is not good.
The guy who checked us in said the extra bed is free and when I received my statement they charged me $30/ night.

It was a good stay, meaning we were there only it the evening till the morning, but a perfect clean room with the necessary accommodation.
the parking cost - we arrived around 5:30 pm and left before 7 am and had to pay $20.
2.5
the location for us was fine as we had family nearby
old unloved and in desperate need of a revamp which I believe is happening but would not return until complete
3.5
The location is excellent for access to SFO and Anza long term parking
The hotel was a bit "tired" and worn, but appeared to be going through some renovation.
4.5
clean and the walk along the bay
no activity and no customer travel within the lobby
3.5
Front entrance was lovely and outdoor area was a perfect break from the city.
Upon entry eating area bar/restaurant was roped off and lights out looking abandoned. Decor was dated spa was not working and I had to be moved from my original room because I felt uncomfortable there.
2.0
the bed was comfortable
no wash clothes
3.5
Good property and good value for the price. Excellent breakfast, but lack of restaurant services for either lunch or dinner detracts from the property. That needs to be addressed before I would come back.
No lunch or dinner restaurant service.

It was a clean room. Facilities were decent. Safe area.
The booking process was unclear. I thought breakfast was included. I wasn’t able to use Conferma as I have for many other Hilton properties.
4.5
Staff and exercise room
I was led to believe from booking.Com that my price INCLUDED parking
I was NOT happy it cost me an extra $100 for my stay

Nothing to like
Advertised a king sized bed…it wasn’t. Advertised a whirlpool bath…but tried to give us a room without one. Front desk told us they didn’t want to deal with any complaints. Room had a squeaky bathroom door

I purchased the continental breakfast, would love to have protein added like bacon, eggs, sausage to come with the meal.
The cook got upset because I open the pan to look at what's inside. I thought it was part of the breakfast area. Maybe next time there should be a sign there that customers are not allowed to touch it. It just looked like it was part of the breakfast area.

Location
Although, front desk staff were nice, they were not informative (never reiterated check-in/check-out times, no info on breakfast like times or where), on-site restaurant closed, was never informed that parking was $20/nt (surprised to see it on bill, after checking out). They were completely unhelpful with recommendations of groceries, restaurants, etc, which is basic info especially when their restaurant on-site is closed. There were lots of hair (different kinds from all parts of the body) around tub and between tub and toilet, otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.
1.5
Bed was very comfy. Close to airport.
So outdated, felt like staying at a motel. Wifi was so slow I couldn’t use it for work. Had a weird smell in the room.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. When the refridgerator froze my apple and banana solid, the very helpful morning desk clerk told me I could just replace them with an apple and banana from the restaurant. They did what they could to help me with problem connecting to internet. The suite was fine also.
I could not get on to the wifi. The desk clerk tried to help me and made suggestions, but we could not solve it, so I was given the IT phone number for customers to call if there is a wifi problem. The person did not seem to be listening to me, and when I finally was able to clarify what I needed to know, said he would check on that and call me back in a few minutes. HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL! I SAT BESIDE THE PHONE FOR A VERY LONG TIME (OVER 1 HOURISH) UNTIL I REALIZED HE WAS NOT GOING TO CALL ME. I gave up. The next morning another staff member tried to help me, and he also kept getting kicked off the internet. MY PHONE HAD WORKED WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS AT 4 OTHER HOTELS, AND EVERY WHERE I WENT in Bay area and Modesto. IT EVEN WORKED IMMEDIATELY WHEN I GOT TO THE AIRPORT.
Not only did I spend hours trying to connect, but it was also quite inconvenient to not be able to do my travel requirement work, nor check emails, etc.
2.5
close to the airport
no restaurant at property but it was advertised as having a restaurant
