Very pleased

Breakfast was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean, spacious. Excellent bathtowels.

Food in the restaurant could have been better. I ordered the Southwest Pasta and the noodles were saugy snd stuck together

Skvělé ubytování v bezpečné oblasti s řadou restaurací a obchodů

Krásný hotel ve skvělé a bezpečné oblasti- jedna z nejbezpečnějších v Los Angeles. Nachází se vedle dalších hezkých hotelů obklopený restauracemi (desítky), obchody včetně Wallmartu, Targetu, apod. a rezidenční čtvrtí s perfektním napojením na nedalekou dálnici- proto, i když je dále od centra a pláží, se člověk dostane i na Santa Monicu do 1,5 hodiny autem i ve špičce, Universal Studios jsou pak např. jen 30min cesty. Parkování je před hotelem za závorou za 12 dolarů na den. Místa jsou velká a parkoviště osvětlené. Pokoje jsou směrem do obrovského otevřeného prostoru a mají dvě místnosti, takže člověk vůbec neslyší žádný hluk, doporučuji ale co nejvyšší patro. Vužili jsme i bezplatný bazén, kde je i výřivka. Snídaně v tomto hotelu jsou naprosto úžasné- vejce, omelety, párky, wafle, lívance, ovoce, jogurty, zkrátka vše, na co si vpomenete. Bar je otevřený do 23:00 a mezí 17-19:00 máte jako hotelový host každý den 2 drinky zdarma, což bylo příjemné. Personál je skvelý a přátelský, pokoje jsou velké, pohodlné a čisté (pouze balkónek byl špinavý a drobná začínající plíseň v koupelně, ale nic zásadního). Postele v tomto hotelu jsou naprosot úžasné. Ocenil jsem i čistou klimatizaci. V pokoji byl i dřez, kávovar, lednice a mikrovlná trouba. Dále pak i pohovka, dvě televize, apod. Navíc jsme měli pokoj směrem na západ v nejvyšším patře a zážitek při západu slunce byl perfektní.

Very inviting and relaxing experience. I will definitely stay again.

Upon arrival I entered the lobby and was greeted with an aromatic fragrance which was very relaxing and, the open airy atrium was very inviting. The full breakfast was very good and plentiful.

Our family hotel in Southern CA

The Embassy Arcadia was a perfect hotel for my family. We loved the separate rooms with sofa seating, a small sink, microwave, TV, and small refrigerator. We also loved the complimentary breakfast.

The bathroom is a little outdated. Also, the maid was rude when I asked for an extra bath towel.

Nice lobby and breakfast but room and safety need big improvement

Breakfast very good, with plates done by order and big buffet. Facility is nice, big lobby, nice bar, covered pool and hot tub. Location is good and next to restaurant, right on the route 66.

Knowing we were arriving kind of late, we used the digital Check-in and received the digital key to skip the front desk. Being a big family I chose the room the day before and we received the digital key and room confirmation during our trip. All good, except...... there were people in the room! The digital key worked but the room was booked and the guests just locked the door on our faces. The manager and the front desk have been unable to give any explanation and ask us to WAIT until they were able to free and clean the room (and it was almost 11pm already). They found a different room but I'm not sure it was the same kind we paid for and the room definitely needed some improvement. Yes, we received a discount but the fact our key opened a booked room let me with a serious security concern about my family.

Location was good for our family. We enjoyed your hospitality hour plus tide bits and food afterwards.

Parking lot automated gates caused excessive frustration . Eventually resulting in multiple check out charges. Hotel manager reversed the charges. The issue caused excessive delays. Your elevators are in need of maintenance to reduce downtime.

FANTASTIC AND MEMORABLE!

Quality and selection were Great and very Good. Staff was very attentive to our needs and getting us a table in a timely manner. Also kept the dinning area very Clean.

Nothing to not like. Except fix the elevator. Still was able to work around this minor setback. All in All, was a fantastic stay and will definitely be back.

Embassy Suites is always my go-to hotel

The suite was had a separate living room and bedroom. Both were nice sized rooms. Embassy Suites always has a wide variety of breakfast food including an omelette bar

Amenities, breakfast, facilities and overall great place for our family! Not the first but definitely not the last time we come here!

Lots of good but air conditioning problem was a big issue for us

Breakfast was great the omelet makers were amazing Staff was very responsive to request for extra towels and toilet paper

The air conditioning didn’t work well so we had to keep window open which made it noisy from nearby highway traffic

Great hotel to spread out!

Lovely and spacious hotel. Love having a suite room so that we have a separate living area and bedroom area. Comfy beds and pillows. Expansive breakfast included.

Bathroom a bit small and showerhead not very nice. You have to pay for and get a pass daily for parking.

The location and the breakfast was great. The hotel air fresher was pleasant and the cleanliness.

No heat. I don’t care what kind of “2”pipe system the embassy claimed to have. There was no heat, just cold ( that was communicated to me) someone took us a portable heater for our trouble. Not all the gym machines worked. We couldn’t load our luggage out the front of hotel due to property damage I asked for a room not near the elevators & got a room in front of elevators

Terrible stay - never again!

The suite space was nice - we had 2 large rooms (bedroom and living/dining room). The breakfast was a nice addition, but the staff didn't monitor to make sure the food was kept hot.

There was no way to control the room temperature. It was in the 40's farenheit at night (in Feb) and there was no heat, only a/c. They brought us space heaters, one of which kept blowing the fuse. Housekeeping was up and down. One staff person was very responsive, but another tried to get into our room despite the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. There was a plate full of old food left by the elevator for 2+ days, which was never removed despite a call to the front desk, who said they didn't have enough help. They charge for parking.

It was hot, AC was off due to winter. We have to open the sliding door to make it cooler. We were given electric fan but not clean.

the breakfast was very good. The made to order eggs set it apart from other hotels.

The conditioner attached to the shower didn't work. Having small bottles would have been better.

It was great, price was excellent room was comfortable!

I love how big the rooms are!

Showers need upgrading! The shower head was rusted and there was not much water pressure. A/C unit wasn’t working properly, i had it at 50° and it was still a bit hot!
