Location was good. Quiet

Missing a few amenities. Pillows are terrible. Sound proofing is non existent.

A lovely spot across the bridge from downtown Orillia.

The view of the lake right outside the room and the balcony were the main reasons I chose the accommodation. It was lovely to see the water and hear some nature.

It was a very nice inn, the people were kind, and it I enjoyed the view very much.

When we drove up the view from the inn was beautiful, I loved the water. Right when we got there the sun was setting and it was incredible. The beds were very comfortable, (and though I didn't use it) the sink for washing dishes was a thoughtful touch to the room.

I don't think there was anything that I didn't really enjoy about the inn, it was very nice.

We enjoyed staying in the Inn and will recommend it without hesitation to our friends and family

Room is big, clean and has a good view of the lake. It is also near a small park with clean picnic tables. The husband and wife team are very nice. They spend an extra effort to look for a charger that we can use for our Ipad. The room is furnished with a fridge, coffee maker and has a supply of coffee and sugar.

Fantastic cozy place with a spectacular view!

Very clean, comfy beds, great water pressure, but the view of the lake was spectacular! Close to everything in Orillia 10 mins away. There is a Tim Hortons, Kawartha Dairy, Couchicing Beach Park, Mariposa Market and tons of cool restaurants. Casino Rama is 8 minute drive away. Fire pit and BBQ available in the back. Located off main roads so we woke up to birds singing. There's a private dock and a hammock for napping. Very friendly hosts/owners. Loved it we will be back.

I would return.

Basic accommodation but the room was clean, everything worked, bed was comfortable and the proprietors were nice. Very nice view of the lake

serve the need for one night stay

facing the lake, close to casino Rama. Quiet

don’t know how to make the TV work, nobody to call for help after 10 pm. water temp not warm enough, water pressure not good.

Overall the room and the view was good and besides the few missteps, we would certainly go again.

It was a beautiful location. The people that own the place are very nice and welcoming. It was quiet and peaceful,Nice area for a bombfire in the back. Would definitely go back. The room was clean and the bathroom also.

Bed was uncomfy, stayed 2 nights had to ask for new towels and garbage wasn't changed, No phone to call the desk for these things. Had to go in search for staff. Which due to covid, new rules apparently they don't clean I'm assuming until u leave idk.I did not like it, because the garbage was not changed, by the second day we had an over lay. When staff cleaning the room we we're still there finishing our breakfast outside before we left. The staff we're talking about it while we we're there still. That was very unprofessional in my opinion and my partner's, especially while we pay for a service. We didn't leave it in a mess but cleaned it up in an area neatly as possible.

View was incredible. Loved the balcony. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Great linens. Beautiful items available in the office.
