Fully met expectations. We used the hotel as a stop over on our travel north.

Good price for value. Eggs for breakfast. Fairly large rooms. Nice running/ walking track nearby

Never again!

There was no breakfast room as advertised. They brought stale muffins, and stale bagels in the morning. I was only able to get waffles once. The milk and juice that I ordered always came warm. The only thing I liked was the bed. It was very comfortable and the sheets are soft.

I didn’t like the construction every morning starting at 7 AM. I was not notified prior to booking for 10 days that they were redoing the hallway and the common room just behind my suite. Also, the construction workers stood just outside my door at 7 o’clock in the morning to take personal telephone calls. I could hear the whole conversation in the bedroom so the walls must be pretty thin. There is no chambermaid service at this hotel.

Pleasant but several flaws.

I liked that there was a Foodland next door and that it was near a park. The lobby was lovely.

There should have been hot food at breakfast and a microwave and coffee maker that worked without knowing the trick. A nightlight in the bathroom would be helpful.

The toilet ran and was not sturdy to sit on. The pool was not available.

Pleasant stay, rooms clean, do need a little updating. Good breakfast. Staff very friendly.

Front Staff very friendly & accommodating (Maria Jose Diaz Gomez). She was the only person completing check-ins, it seemed that all guest arrived at the same time. There was an issues with a guests room key which had to deal with, plus check-ins. Maria dealt with the situation very professionally and with a smile.

A lot of the guests booked the hotel because of a concert at Casino Rama and it showed that there was shuttle service to the Casino. Unfortunately the shuttle service wasn't available at that time. Most of the guest were upset, that's one of the reason they booked the hotel.

It was a beautiful place, the staff were helpful, pleasant, friendly and I ll totally be going back.

Very disappointing

The hotel advertised a shuttle service to the casino this is why we stayed. Once we arrived we where told they no longer provide that service even though it is still advertised on the website. Unfortunately this resulted in $100 worth of taxi rides to the casino and back. The continental breakfast was as lacklustre and the dining room was dirty.

lovely hotel with great staff

beautiful property but overstuffed with furniture. i was in an accessible room with a very tall bed I couldn’t get into and the sitting room had no couch of any kind so I ended up sleeping in my wheelchair

Comfortable short getaway

Comfortable bed and spacious luxury suite. Staff were helpful in trying to fix our situation.

The jacuzzi in both luxury suites were broken, we spent an hour at check in bouncing between rooms, but none of the tubs worked. Our stay would have met expectations had the jacuzzi worked or we had been charged the price of a room without a jacuzzi. The front desk staff told us we would be contacted by the manager; however, they never called to adjust our rate/address the issue.

Very clean and comfy

Staff was not friendly and they lied in the booking the pool is closed and thats the only reason i booked here. They tild me they would senf me a free night stay due to the pool being closed but so far have not sent me anything

We moved from our room twice as TV was not working in one room and there was no heat in the other room.

Only one employee was working on site so it was challenging for her to handle issues we had with the room which was assigned to us.

The staff were awesome! They were the saving grace of my stay. I am grateful for the ride to and from the casino. The manager did the best she could considering their bus was out of service.

The bathroom had long black hair everywhere. The coffee maker did not work. The shower tap was loose. The jacuzzi had soap bubbles in it as soon as I turned it on, I had not added anything at this point. There were no clear instructions on how to operate the fire place. The TV in the bedroom did not work. For the charge of the room one would expect a higher level of cleanliness and room amenities to be in working order. All of the above being said, the staff were awesome.

The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable.

Whoever cleaned the room left a dirty face cloth over the shower and a previous guests jacket still in the closet
