Lokalizacja , czysto , świetne animacje dla dzieci , 2 baseny , ogólnie było przepięknie :)
Wszystko mi się podobało , jedynie co to komary mocno atakowały , warto zabrać płyn na komary

The quality of food and drinks is great, there is plenty of food to choose from and doesn’t become repetitive. Breakfast is one of the best we have had! The two restaurants ( Pizzeria and Olives) are both very good but make sure and book when you get to the hotel. The staff are all very professional, friendly and efficient. The entertainment staff are a credit to the hotel especially Ramo who made our stay very memorable. The location is remote but there is a lovely beach 2 mins walk away and a really good cocktail bar (Pyramid bar) so make sure and check both of them out.
With the location being remote there is alot of bugs so be prepared! Bring a plug in mosquito repellent for the room!! The only other small Negative is there is no cleaning staff around the pool area, and with this being an all inclusive hotel there is a lot of empty cups ect all around the pool area and towards the afternoon it becomes very dirty. We unfortunately got one of the older rooms, was small, old fashioned and not like the pictures on booking.com

Loved the complex area. Nicely decorated and clean. Lobby was popular because of the free drinks. Peole were chatting, playing cards, listening live music.
Communication could be better. We booked 1 all inclusive night. In booking or in reception nobody told us that we can not have a dinner. They gave a paper, where was said that in a stay you can have one free mediterrean dinner and one pizzeria dinner. Registration had to be done at least 1 evening before. Because there wasnt any information in booking about this, it was a surprise. In reception first they said registration was closed to mediterrean restaurant but then they said that on sunday it is closed. They could put us to pizzeria. Somehow mediterrean restaurant was also opened even if they said it was closed...
Free drinks could be without less syrup. Too sweet and the alcohol was cheap and poor quality compared to other all inclusive hotells.
Standard room was really cold and moist. No blankets and we were freezing. Probably our fault because we didnt put the sign outside but we were still sleeping at 8.30 am when cleaning lady came in.

we screwed up dates, they were very accommodating and extended our stay. food was good. staff was really great, especially if you tried to use our limited Greek
crowds. we aren’t normally all inclusive types. couldn’t get over the number of people in the shoulder season and the noise level at pool or eating. ants in bed. don’t usually sleep with ants.

the pool was amazing and the convenience of having 2 different stores close to the property.
the rooms are dated and so not have double or larger beds. the rooms were not maintained. our room had missing moulding and damage to the bathroom walls.

The staff were great. Always friendly, helpful and had a smile. From the restaurant and bar staff to the receptionists and cleaners. The food was very good for an all inclusive, there were always plenty of options and it was always fresh with dishes constantly being replaced when near empty. The pool was 'fresh' but a good escape from the midday sun.
There isn't much we didn't like, perhaps the option for bottled water to be part of the all inclusive rather than only available in the small plastic cups. The general decor of the rooms could do with being updated in line with the restaurant and reception building but it's nothing drastic. The location is limiting if you like to go on walks, there is only one real route we found which is to the local beach and beyond to another beach. We were hoping for a coastal walk but there is not much around unfortunately (not the hotels fault, more something we should have checked before booking).

Good selection of entertainment. Pool area has good view and spacious.
The room given to us was not the room shown on our booking. room had outdated design and not very clean. the bed not comfortable. the food variety at the restaurant not very good. some photos shown on the booking website were outdated and we did not see them when we arrived.

Olive Restaurant
Location was in the middle of nowhere and couldn't get a taxi to take us anywhere. Main restaurant was like a canteen and was always busy and very loud.

Very nice place with a great view to Albania mountains! Lovely decoration and nice gardens! Very good evening entertaining
toilet near swimming pool needs more assistance, no iron or iron board available at the hotel we needed to buy one at the shop next to hotel!

On the plus side the pool was nice and for the price.... the food was ok.
The beds were so awful that we had to abandon our stay here. I've had more comfortable beds in a backpackers. The mattress protector was some sort of sweaty plastic kids thing. We were given two singles. The bed linen was cheap and scratchy. So bad we couldn't sleep. In the morning the maids make so much noise that a lie in is impossible. There is no do not disturb sign.
The resort is literally swarmed by mosquitoes, so avoid dawn and dusk.
This is really dormitory living with a nice swimming pool. The whole thing felt cheap and dissapointing.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Loved the adults relax pool. Choice and quality of food incredibly good for an all-inclusive hotel. Proximity to a beautiful beach. Views from room of sea and Albanian mountains was amazing to wake up to.
Room was tired and could benefit from refurbishment. Bath leaked in bathroom but didn’t let it spoil our stay. Very well cleaned by housekeeping staff who were so friendly.

Its a nice all inclusive resort if you want to bring the kids and have a relaxed time. Not much nearby so get a car if leaving the resort is more your vibe. Food isn't bad, lots to indulge in the all exclusive. Wine on tap is actually vinegar.
BRING MOSQUITO REPELLANT
Don't let your kids explore the monastery alone. I got concussion, and maybe a curse.
I'm pretty sure this place only exists to bring fresh blood to this part of the island for the army of mosquitos that will feed on you every evening.

the pool where children are not allowed - a quiet area which I enjoyed a lot
It's near the sea
the food- very repetative, (we stayed there for 4 days only !! )and for a person that has intolerances that was very difficult, to find something good to eat.
Ever since I can't see a chicken thigh in my front, that's the only thing that I could eat there ( I can't eat fats) and fried veggies.
I also paid extra for a sea view room; my room was facing the hotel in our front, on the right were some trees and in the distance, a tiny bit, you could see the sea. I don't recommend paying extra for this. Not worth it.
We had to wait a few hours at the hotel after leaving the room and we asked the staff if they can put our lugage somewhere, they said that at the first floor there was the storage room. it was literally a room full of luggages where anyone could roam free and with no cameras. I didn't dare to leave my expensive equipment there. I was hoping to some locker rooms but no, it's an open space full of other peoples lugages. that's a big no no.

The restaurant was nice and clean and staff extremely friendly. I agree with previous comments there could have been more fresh interesting varied show meals and fresh fish. Overall it was a good standard.
Lack of variety at meals.
