Pleasant, helpful staff. Clean and comfortable.

Standard HI breakfast, though presented better than usual.

Dilapidated furniture, dripping faucet (loud).

Good & comfortable for a place to rest

Conveniently located near a lot of food places & shopping centers.

The remote was FILTHY!!! The floor didn’t look well vacuumed. There were cheerios next to the bed from the previous person(s). There is some sort of construction company next door. Unfortunately my room had a view of all the blocks and storage. Also I was under the impression there was a pool; I didn’t see one

Staff was kind, but the room was not worth the price

Polite and helpful staff

Paid for a suite with jetted tub. Tub was filthy and damaged so I didn't get to use it. Let the front desk know and wasn't even offered a new room.

Breakfast was good

When we arrived, We smelled weed in the hallway at our room door. Then went to bed after traveling 12 hours on the road that day and was exhausted only to be woken at 2AM again smelling very strong weed again. Woke up with a headache the next morning from smelling that mess all night.

Exceptional

Everyone was very nice. The hotel was clean. And, honestly, the Zero % shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion was amazing. I would definitely recommend.

The ice machine on the 2nd floor wasn't working. But that wasn't a major deal.

Hot air, rooms look like as far as cleanliness,smells moldy,bathroom just don’t make since just hit & miss here and there toilet not clean,bathtub need bleach and sink and counter top & nasty walls

disappointing. Will stay somewhere else next time.

Taking a shower was very disappointing. The water did not drain well and I ended up standing in ankle deep water. I told the front desk after my first night, but the problem was NOT solved. Talked to housekeeping about getting clean towels, but never did get them. Felt that the staff did not listen to me. Only writing this review so these requests will stop.

Exceptional

The staff went above and beyond!! Our stay was on my great grandson's birthday. The staff went out of their way to recognize him and make him feel special!! Our room was spotless and comfortable! We will be staying again.

The room was not serviced, with no explanation why. A rate reduction should be applied as the rate reflects the service cost.

Very poor

Location was good.

The place was dated. The spa tub was disgusting. Stained very bad ,slip guard torn. Didn't use it. Furniture was soiled. The bed slept fairly. I asked the lady at the desk was there a better section or other room's and she said they are all the same. I have stayed at other Hamptons and have never experienced this before. Very disappointed. I needed to stay 2 nights but left and went to the Hyatt hotel nearby. Very pleased. That place needs renovations desperately. Uh
